I ordered Tarte mascara and paid pretty much full price for it, they sent me something called Siimunlette… I have emailed them saying I want a refund as I have not been sent what I ordered and these are fake goods, they said they hadn’t updated the picture on their website of what it actually is , even though I have a screenshot of the order showing Tarte and they can offer me a 10% discount on any future orders which is an absolute joke as I wouldn’t go near them again.. it took weeks and weeks for it to arrive also. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s a scam and fake goods ! - I will be taking them to trading standards

i ordered a product almost a full month ago now with no confirmation email. I have tried contacting the company several time with no avail. I only know it is called ibeautyer due to me paying with klarna!!

I ordered a perfume they sent another product from same brand but when i send picture they still say its the correct product even though name is incorrect and offer a 10% discount on other order but why I want to buy there if they sent the wrong product before SCAM SCAM

It’s been 15 days since I ordered something. For 15 days it’s been saying “your order will be shipped out ASAP” 15 days isn’t ASAP…. The site that she sent me for tracking info doesn’t even exist. This is a scam
