Phil Bathurst was a huge help to us when dealing with the aftermath of a negligent electrician who had installed our ventilation units incorrectly. After asking us to send pictures, he talked us through removing and dismantling one of the units - and told us what we should/shouldn't be seeing and how to correct everything. He was very patient and happily spent over an hour on the phone with us to make sure we had all the information we needed to get the problems solved.
