Prompt and correctly fulfilled order handed to me personally. Devastated by the news that Hyperdrug has sold out to a larger faceless firm and is closing it's facility. I do hope it's just "gossip"... Leggi di più
It was delivered very quickly so was great, needed it quickly for my puppy to assist training her not to eat her poo, won't know yet if it works as only gave her some yesterday.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful on the phone and delivery was quick. And I saved a huge amount compared to what the vet normally charges.

Royal Mail Delivery.
Order was needed and was expected. But delivery was disappointing to say the least. Royal Mail kept giving me delivery times which were not true. The last one said delivery 18:50 - 19:50. This never happened, it eventually arrived 24 hours after the first given time.
Suggest Hyperdrug you use a more reliable carrier!!
