I ordered a king-size iced bamboo…
I ordered a king-size iced bamboo cooling sheet a few weeks ago. After trying for a few nights, both my husband and I have an allergic reaction (hot feet, itchy face). The sheet feels cool to your skin initially, but it doesn't breathe and accumulates your body heat. We didn't have a good sleep. We have had a bamboo sheet for many years; this is the first sheet we had a bad experience with. Ok, fine, maybe it's not for us, so we decided to return it as Hush aggressively markets about the 100 nights guarantee. This is where my experience with Hush became horrible. Despite explaining the sheet didn't work for us, Hush kept trying to make me keep it (first, offer a 20% discount and then a store credit). They finally accepted the return and sends me a big warning email that if the returned product is not sent in the original packaging to the teeth, they have a right to charge me 50% of the sheet. On top of that, they charged me $50 (this is 25% of the product cost!) for shipping it back. I demanded to send it myself with my choice of shipping fee, but they stopped responding. What a horrible experience! I have returned products to other vendors, and they normally make the return easy and seamless (i.e. as soon as the shipping label is scanned, they automatically return the money). For Hush, not only do I have to pay $50, but now I have to wait for them to receive the package, confirm the package is to their liking and then maybe will get the refund. Given the business practice I have seen from them so far, I have no confidence they will give me a full refund. Hush - I was proud that you are a Canadian company, but you don't preach Canadian values. I am very disappointed.
Soft but not cooling sheets
I bought the sheets hoping they would actually feel cool when I sleep - the quality and softness is great but they don’t keep you cool at night at all. That was a disappointment for me. I enjoy the luxury feel but any other sheet will be just as good.
Purchased a microgravity duvet
Purchased a microgravity duvet , I was not as impressed like others so after many many emails and texts to me to review the duvet I did gave it 3 stars and said I was not as thrilled as others , they never posted my review I called them out saying they only post 5 star reviews , no response , their return policy sucks you have to pay to return , plus they “recommended” when you buy you purchase the shipping insurance which like $8 I didn’t want to but a rep that finally got back said oh we advice to ?? Yet you offer free shipping so it’s not free is it, just hated the whole experience gave me a sour taste that’s for sure they only offered me a small discount off something from them because I was upset the duvet went on sale even lower saying the price I paid was the original price so very misleading, why would I buy anything else fps. guess being on dragons den gave them big heads. The duvet is just sitting in the box . And customer service never gets back only when I posted my poor review did someone get back to me , but no help at all.
Not happy
Received a promo for Mother’s Day
Received a promo for Mother’s Day for free sheets and 15% a few days after I palaces my order in which I was able to obtain free sheets. Thought that maybe since I didn’t receive my item that customer service could honour it since I didn’t want to purchase the item and then have them return it. Called the line 3 times and no one returned my call, then messaged the site and no one replied at all for a whole day. Then emailed customer and was finally able to have some contact back after a few hours and customer l service claims the promo wasn’t for both even when I sent a screenshot of the valid items to Amy. Although it could have been a system glitch they could have honoured it, obviously that didn’t happen so I wasn’t happy.
I received my sheets today in the original clear packaging which was the clear case of the sheets. No box, additional packaging to protect the white sheets, but just the shipping label slapped on. Talk about cutting costs and caring for peoples shipments.
Still awaiting for my actual hush blanket to arrive and will update a second review on the blanket once I receive it. Based on reviews looks like many people didn’t received them and poor customer service. I wished I read the reviews before purchasing but sadly this was a gift for my daughter and the service thus far has been below average.
Horrible customer service and cheap products
Horrible customer service. Kept ignoring my requests and then saying you can have 10% back if you want instead of a full return. after 5 days emailing back and forth I find out it has to be returned in the original box or else they get to keep 50% of the return.
They are shady and the products are cheap and awful.
The blanket and sheets were fraying already and the pillow was lumpy and hot. Even after taking the fluff out which was also awful fluff went everywhere, it was lumpy. Everything feels so cheap for the over 500 dollars spent.
Also they tried to tell me how to use their product correctly and told me to keep my room cold to keep the blanket cold. No hot sleeper has to be told to keep their room cold. I keep my window open in the winter with a fan and with the heat turned off and I am still too hot. If you products need to be cooled then they aren’t

Horrible company, horrible customer service!
I waited over 3 months for my blanket to arrive, and when the supposed arrival date passed I emailed in only to be told it was delayed another 5 months!!! I never received any kind of correspondence letting me know of that! And, 2 weeks before being told this I contacted them to ask when it would ship and was assured it would arrive as scheduled! As soon as they knew it was delayed, I should’ve been told. I should not have had to go looking for the information, only to be blindsided. Then, the person I was speaking to disconnected and ended the conversation before helping me!! I ended up cancelling the order, it is not worth the hassle that it has become. The amount of money they charge for their products, they should have top notch customer service. I am truly appalled by the way I was treated. Do not buy from this company!!
Says delivered on the tracking
Says delivered on the tracking. Got in touch with customer support and they told me to start an investigation and file a police report witch i did. And they don’t honor to refund the purchase. Its very complicated. I will file a dispute with credit card. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. If you don’t receive your item you lost your money they scam you.
Unimpressed with their customer service…
Unimpressed with their customer service this time around. I purchased a blanket a few months ago and all was well. I purchased the bedsheets 2 weeks ago and they said they would be delivered last night by midnight. However, the UPS tracking has no update. I have sent in 2 emails with no response. I spoke with a rep over chat and barely received any information or a good gesture for the delay. I still don't know when my order will arrive. The rep literally just copy and pasted the UPS link to me and said to keep checking for updates. So ridiculous.
You will get a blanket, but they are a scammy company
Yes you really will get a blanket, but if you need to return or exchange it expect to be given "the run around". They literally changed a button on the website to try to not give me an exchange, but luckily I had a screenshot from when I purchased.
Very inhuman and weird to talk to their customer support. They are definitely trying to avoid helping.
Unless you've tried a friends Hush blanket and know for sure you will keep exactly what you buy, I would NOT recommend purchasing from this website.

So after watching all the videos and commercials. I bought these blankets because it takes forever to fall asleep and I feel warm and bothered. What hush says it’s supposed to help with. Bought the iced sheets! Way to expensive for what I got. They do not work. I’m just as hot as my other sheets. When I wrote a review, they had someone reach out to see how they can “help” and I emailed them back with the details and it’s been crickets since. I even sent a follow up email and never heard anything back. Disappointed!
Back pain and expensive returns
After a few nights our backs started to hurt.
We went to process the return and they charged us over $50 to return the blanket and $30 to return the pillow.

Do not purchase anything from this company. they fail to deliver on their promise and have extremely spotty communication. then they will charge you shipping for returning the item. 100% refund is BS. Customer service is non-existant.
4 Time Customer
I have purchased the regular quilted weighted blanket, the Iced cover and Iced sheets. I have now placed an order for Pillows. I love all of the products. I've had them for a few years and still lasting great. I definitely don't get as great a sleep without my weighted blanket! I also love supporting local businesses!

Weighted blanket for stress relief causes anxiety
Purchased a blanket for my bed, but it was not a proper fit. They exchanged at an extreme cost to me and sent me something worse, a weighted knit blanket that is not flat, but rolled up like a sausage. It is so stiff and rolled that you can't use it and even if it was flat (I have tried to fix this) - it is not usable. WORST purchase ever. I will not bother returning/exchanging because the cost is to high for me. I am going to have to trash the blanket because it is so stiff I can't put it anywhere, it curratnely stands up in the corner. Wll have stand, half lump.

First, three separate two hour round trips to town to pick up parcels all shipped separately that I expected delivered but were only shipped to a depot and did not deliver to my house.
Second, 20% charge to return the weighted blanket and pillows that did not work for me - one week having them cost me a lot of money. That is NOT a 100% money back guarantee. Don’t lie to people. I was NOT expecting to need to return them. Will not be recommending this route to anyone needing a mattress or drawn in by the claims made to help with sleep issues. BS.
Had to pay $40 to return thin blanket!
Hush’s Queen sized 20 pound Blanket did not live up to the hype I saw on their website.
It was VERY thin, all the weight hung over the sides of the bed and felt like there was none in the middle. The ice cover is very slippery so it just slid off me to the floor every night! I really wanted to like this blanket but instead of helping me sleep, I felt exposed and under - covered and not really any weight on me. So, I took HUSH up on their “30 sleeps” return offer, and… I HAD TO PAY $40 and travel across my city to bring it to Purolator. This was not explained anywhere I saw, or I wouldn’t have bought it. Expensive and inconvenient for the customer - felt like I was being penalized.
Icing on the cake? The hush pillow i got “free” for ordering over $600 (I got ice sheets too, which I like!) would now be deducted from my return at full price which is $149!!!
So I’m returning that too. Oh, but guess what?! I can’t return them together so I will have to make another trip and I am scared to know how much they’re going to charge me to return the pillow that they “gave” me as a “gift”?!

BUYERS BEWARE. I really wished I saw the horrible reviews on trust pilot before supporting this company.
I went into the mall where they had a pop up store and ordered over $900.00 of products and I wanted it to be shipped to my home. The rep told me it would arrive in 5-7 business days. I waited and never received a tracking update so I contacted customer service to find out that they won’t ship my order until late November, but I will receive it in December for sure.
It is now late November and I still see nothing. I contact customer service again and now they are saying it will come in January. They’ve delayed the order for 3 months.
I’m horrified how a company can sell me products and say it would ship in a week and now they are telling me that it will arrive 3 to 4 months later!!
Hush did not seem interested in keeping its clients for repeat business
This review is not of the blanket itself but on the customer service or management that do not care about keeping clients happy. In 2019 I placed an order for a Queen sized hush blanket ~$300 and waited 3 months for it to arrive, it was a gift that shipped directly to the recipient. I never saw the blanket. Turns out this Queen sized blanket did not even stretch out to all 4 corners of the mattress. I am now being asked by the same person to repurchase a King sized blanket to fit the queen sized bed so that the blanket hangs over the mattress like a normal blanket would. Upon investigating their website, I now see that the company has since changed their specifications. The blanket has increased 20” wide by 7” in length, which would make more sense. I called customer service today to see if they could offer a supplementary discount for those that would like to repurchase the correct size and was told that although several customers have asked for the same discount, Hush is sticking to their 100 day return policy and too bad to those that purchased their old specifications. Hush does not seem interested my repeat business it seems.
All needs met
We needed a bed that we could assemble easily as my spouse has had heart issues. It also needed to be fairly firm. We were taking it to an upstairs island location so needed to be easily transported as well. Hush fit the bill in all our needs. Also the service and quick delivery was outstanding. We found it to be very well made and had the best sleep.
They sell items while out-of-stock.
“Fast and Free shipping” Definitely a lie.
First of all, they let people order out-of-stock items without warning.
Secondly, they let weeks pass by without contacting their customers that they are out of stock…
I ordered sheets Aug 27th, after a few weeks, I call to see what’s happening and they said they are out of stock… I complained that typically, stores don’t allow customers to buy something that isn’t in stock, let alone without some kind of warning. No reply to that comment though.
Anyway, waste of time.
