We bought a king set of the bamboo cooling sheets just over a year ago and they have developed two small holes and are extremely thin now. We rotate them with another set, and wash them on delicate cycle, by themselves with a delicate laundry detergent. When we shared this with the Hush customer service team they said there was nothing they could do as it was outside the 1 year warranty.
Based on the high price, poor quality, and lack of customer service to remedy the situation I will be purchasing from another brand.

Never again will i purchase from this company, just try and put a review on their site, if its negative, it wont be posted. that is why there is only positive reviews on their site. there is a year warranty on the sheets , my sheets wore through about 2 months after the warranty was up. they wouldnt do anything except give me $20 off a new set of sheets, REALLY???? i just paid $180 for a set that didnt last. why would i buy another set ? i change my sheets every week and switched them out with another set, that i bought at costco. they are still going strong! buyer beware they are pretty sneaky

I wish I could give a zero! Got a set of sheets 6 months ago and woke up this morning to two huge rips in the fitted sheet and the material almost warn paper thin. I rotate sheet sets every week and wash them according to the instructions. Was told by customer service that it’s not covered under warranty. Don’t waste your money on these garbage sheets.
Terrible customer service
I purchased a happy (LED) lamp from this company in December 2022 and received it in January 2023. The lamp lasted just over a year and died. I contacted their customer service to discuss the issue and was told that the one year warranty expired in December 2023 and thus there was nothing they were willing to do. Rachel was more interested in ending the conversation with me than providing any kind of solution. For the price point disappointed that the lamp lasted for 16 months and died. LEDs should last for years. Poor quality product and terrible customer service.

The worst customer service. Ordered sheets may 25- they still haven’t shipped. I’ve sent 3 emails to customer service and haven’t received a response, spoken to two agents on the chat and their promises of my sheets shipping and then getting a refund still have not been fulfilled. Called someone today and they promised to call back…. Nothing!!!! Worst customer service. Stay away. Not worth your time!!!!
Would Not Ship Order
I placed a $500 order and paid for express shipping as we were heading out of town in a few weeks. The order was not shipping out, I had a really difficult time connecting to anyone and none of my emails were answered and the chat was often closed. I finally heard back as it had been over two weeks since I placed my order and they offered to refund the shipping and prioritize my order to be sent out, they offered no explanation. The order was still not shipped out and I had to contact them again. They could see that had been said to me and were unable to say why it still had not shipped? I asked for it to be refunded since its been such a weird experience and they don't seem to be able to send it out for some unknown reason...lets see if their refund gets processed I guess. Really disappointed and confused.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! The website says my order will be shipped in 1-2 days so I paid for express shipping and after 3 weeks of waiting I emailed multiple times( still no reply) dm’ed on instagram… no response! Took an hour of chatting on their website to finally speak to someone as they keep transferring me to a different agent over and over again! After reading the awful reviews on here about how the quality doesn’t last I’ve realized this company is a complete scam!! With the worst customer service ever!!! DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! still waiting on my refund that was supposed to happen the same day the order was canceled
Former Fan with Shattered Expectations
I used to be a tremendous fan of Hush- I purchased every product they ever made, iced sheets, cooling pillows, the iced blanket, everything. When the Hush Mattress came out, I lost my mind. I had to get it, and ordered it immediately upon it's launch date. My partner had serious concern over the price, but I pushed SO HARD to get this mattress. I paid to expedite despite having free shipping, and watched the tracking every single day. Expected ship dates came and went. The dates kept delaying and finally the date just disappeared altogether with no follow-up. After reaching out and finally worrying I would have to cancel through my bank, it finally arrived, a month after the expected ship date. Obstacle overcome, or so I thought. The delivery driver brought it to me door but would not release it. Apparently, there was a $200 customs fee Hush had not paid despite the advertisement of "free shipping". No such fee had been mentioned at any point in my purchase or anywhere in my email or on the website so I had never even heard of this. But I had waited so long... I just paid the fee, and rushed to open it up. The mattress was factory-compressed into a fraction of it's normal size to fit into a much smaller shipping box. Once opened, it expanded rapidly to at least 4 times the size of the original box. We threw our old mattress out and let it decompress for the day. Once it filled in, we eagerly slept on it only to find it was incredibly firm. Being a side sleeper, this caused a lot of hip pain I had not had before. I told myself I would adjust, and maybe it was just because I had not been sleeping on a quality mattress. But because the spring sizes differ in the trunk "for support", I shortly discovered that two springs poke at my sides at night, preventing me from sleeping for more than a couple of hours at a time without tossing and turning due to pressure on my sides and hips. I have to switch positions extremely often, and lose a lot of sleep over it, and time has made no difference. When I attempted to leave a review on the unexpected firmness of the mattress, I found that hush filters out all but their most positive reviews, which prevents users from seeing an accurate picture of user satisfaction or weighing any actual drawbacks of these products. This prevents us from being able to weigh the pros and cons with any degree of accuracy. All this considered, paying for expedited shipping I did not receive, being charged hundreds in "export fees" on a free-to-ship product, finding out reviews are being filtered to create a false 5 star image, and not being able to make practical use of the "free returns" has caused me to completely reverse my views on this company. Having been such a fan and cheerleader of Hush since it's inception, it just leaves me feeling duped. Like I've been conned out of $1700 based on hype and an expensive lie. I hope others have a much more positive experience than I have had. I was so embarassed by my purchase I couldn't even write this review for ages, because I felt like such a sucker for so long. But if my experience can help another consumer avoid this outcome, I want to provide a truthful, unbiased review to offset the many that have been silenced.

Recently bought the weighted blanket from them. Opened the box and saw that the threads were coming out from all the sides. Extremely low quality make. At this point I don’t even know if they sent a used blanket. Absolutely no response from the customer service, it’s been more than a week since I’ve been emailing them. This is a complete scam. Do not fall for the fake reviews on their website.

This company is a zero star company. After placing an order, I wrote back very shortly afterwards saying to please cancel. The guy used extremely unprofessional language and said it hasn’t left our warehouse yet, but I can’t cancel. It’s been nearly a month and this company has yet to issue my my refund (I intercepted the package on route and had it immediately sent back to them)
When they received the package, they weren’t going to tell me. I had to fish for that information and prove that someone signed to receive it.
Now I’ve seen multiple emails and they say it’s being discussed with a manager and all this nonsense. My credit card company is aware and is about to pursue this as fraud once the full 30 days are up. Time is ticking fraudsters - will you return my money yet? Has “management” given the ok? Which is ridiculous as the company was made fully aware that this was being returned before it even left their warehouse. Not sure what the hold up is except to see if they can get away with flat out stealing from people.
Absolutely shameful farce of a company. my credit card provider will be pursuing this very soon as a fraud case against a fraud company.

Horrible Customer Service. Bed Frames are final sale only because they mention 1 line in their return policy. Nothing on the product or buy page. Meanwhile, they plaster the 100 day mattress policy everywhere on the website. I want to return an unopened box because it was ordered by mistake and customer service as no intention to help.
DON'T BOTHER
DON'T BOTHER. Products are crap and if you try to return them they will "review" your request for 5-7 business days (supposed to be a hassle free return) and ghost you. When you go to their customer service chat and ask to escalate or speak to a supervisor they just END THE CHAT!! SCAM STAY AWAY
