After spending several evenings checking various dealers Hunts had the best deal on the bike I wanted, a Yamaha Tracer 7GT. A few further checks left me with a firm idea of what I should get for the trade in Suzuki. So I agreed to the deal, paid a small deposit. I was given £750 worth of Yamaha accessories free including the fitting and free delivery. The bike arrived 5 minutes later than promised, that's not a miss-print, 5 minutes late on delivery, that is amazing. Would I recommend Hunts? Absolutely, based on my experience I am unlikely to even consider anywhere else.

I’ve had two bikes from hunts now and can honestly say it’s the easiest process ever, the guys are very helpful and sort out the best deal they can, the bikes are immaculate, they go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I was getting “itchy feet” with regards to changing my Suzuki GSX1400 for something different.
I spotted a gorgeous 2016 BMW R1200R on Hunts Motorcycles website..
Next day I phoned John at Hunts, and he offered me a VERY fair price on my Suzuki in Part Ex on the BMW.
I hadn’t even travelled to see the bike.
I was relying on the honesty of the decent quality photos and the description..

The deal was made on the 26th of October and on the morning of the 2nd of November the bike arrived..
Gary (The Driver) was extremely efficient with unloading and loading the bikes.
I was struck by how she looked even better in the flesh than on the photos.

Very clean and I would say better than I had hoped.

So YES I would definitely recommend Hunts Motorcycles to anyone interested in purchasing a Bike either new of used.

I was previously warned to avoid these guys by some of the local club. I've 10k burning a hole in my pocket to buy an MT07, lid, jacket, trousers, gloves, and boots, and had been really looking forward to today. I arrived and thought I'd start with the kit. Their accessories bit is a separate shop a few doors up. As I arrived, one of the staff was locking the door whilst chatting to someone. I asked if they were open, as per their advertised hours, and he just shrugged and said "not really", clearly wanting to keep talking to his mate and not deal with the faff of unlocking the door. There went my kit. I walked into the showroom, lots of nice bikes, good start. Four other staff in view. Two playing on their mobiles who didn't even look up and two having a natter at the rear of the store. I wandered around the empty showroom for three or four minutes and no one even looked up. I'm not sure how long the etiquette for lingering next to a bike, trying to make eye contact is these days but I gave up and walked out, no bike, no new kit. Ironically, the most professional thing they achieved was politely saying "thank you" to me as I called the place a "f'ing joke" on my way out. Yes, I found unsuccessfully trying to spend £10k that frustrating. Can you imagine the aftercare if it's that hard to buy a bike in the first place?

I have bought Brand new bikes before from other dealerships and my experience has always been good, but what Hunts offer is exceptional.
John and his team are helpful, friendly and their response times to any communication is incredible usually getting back to me in minutes rather than hours or days, 5 stars for customer service, i will certainly be going back for my next bike based on the experience i have had to date.

This is an absolutely fabulous dealership. I bought one of the less expensive second-hand bikes from them, but it was better than described and with the after purchase service I received, you'd have thought I'd purchased one of the newest and most expensive bikes! John and his team responded quickly to any correspondence and I can't speak highly enough about the way I have been treated. Will definitely consider them again if I'm in the market for another bike.

I have just purchased a Yamaha NMax scooter from Hunts and did it all on line and by telephone .
I received a good part exchange price and overall a great deal from John supported by his team .
Nothing was too much trouble . The scooter was delivered to my home address bang on time and Andy knew all the bits about the scooter .

Exceptional service from start to finish. I purchased my new bike from Hunts remotely and the whole process was entirely stress free.

New bike was delivered to Southampton in a little over a week from first contact. Everybody that I needed to have contact with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Top class service from John and the Team at Hunts Motorcycles. Saw a lovely MT09 on their website, called late in the day to see if it was still available and it was but was located at the storage facility, not a problem! Even though I was cutting close time wise. On arrival at Hunts the team were expecting me and ready to show me the way to the storage facility, a very short drive and I was there, the bike was everything I was looking for. The rear tyre was a bit squared off and I mentioned this as we did the deal. Despite my own hectic schedule, John and I worked out a time for delivery that suited me. Bike delivered on time as promised and with BOTH tyres replaced, bike serviced and sparkling clean. Thanks again. I would happily recommend these guys to anyone.

The owner subjected me to the most stunning example of misogyny I've experienced in over two decades. He's clearly deluded himself that being 'king' of a small dealership in Burnage elevates him above women. The only saving grace is how embarrassing his staff find his behaviour and how ignorant of the law he is. Any one of them could claim against him for creating an intimidating and hostile environment, just for witnessing his behaviour towards others. To compare him to a dinosaur would be unfair to dinosaurs

Bought a bike, 6 months old and 175 miles on it. Missing certain safety parts that result in a guaranteed MOT fail.

John at Hunts could not be less interested and said "if it wasn't listed on the advert it's not included" and signed off his email "have a great day".

Buyer beware.....
