they have a quality service where they answer you as soon as possible and with a lot of education and patience despite the language difference they know how to communicate well in Spanish and English.

I've bought servers on many hosts but this host... Man it's the best host! The servers work perfectly, the support are always, and I say ALWAYS, kind and helpful. What more could you want?

I will put a completely transparent and honest review

Before buying the service, I was a little suspicious since I had never heard of it or anything like that, nor were there many videos about the host.

I bought it and I was surprised, the truth is that it works very well, there is no lag And more than anything, even if it is not a 24/7 support, they are almost all the time and they respond quickly and in a good way!

It is a very good host, although I have had problems, they solve them very quickly.

Great Support. Quick answering to my ticket and had my issue resolved in mins. Highly recommend this hosting.

If you're looking to host a test server or a server for around 5 people, then Humbleservers is pretty good. The prices are some of the lowest I've seen, but low prices come with negatives, it's shared hosting to the maximum, you'll experience lag on your world caused from other servers on the machines.

The support team is pretty meh, if you have a simple issue which can be sorted with Google, then you'll be fine and get supported, otherwise the support is a bit spotty, with some of the team members being pretty useless. Tickets can also take a long time to get solved, with use of BetterDiscord you can see them having a ton of tickets piled up. But then, the support team is mostly kids or young teenagers. This isn't a professional hosting support team.

The community of HS seems to be around 10-14 year olds, it's one of the most childish discords I have ever seen for a company. Which I personally view as saying a lot about the hosting, when the only appealing thing about it is the low low prices so kids can afford it.

If you're looking for your server to be successful, run smoothly and not be effected by other servers which are out of your control - I'd avoid Humble at all costs.

The website hosting they offer, advertised at unlimited SSD storage usually only has 25-50GB of space available for everyone who has webhosting from them. It's a mess.

You've then got the all so basic mc panel - While most websites will offer a backup module, where you can easily keep backups of your server - Humbleservers doesn't. They tried and couldn't get a backup system to work properly, so they removed it from the panel. To get a backup of your server, you need to either manually make a .zip of your server or contact the support team via a ticket. So if you've had a world issue and need to restore a backup, it's one of the more annoying hosts to have to deal with.

On top of this, if you wish to get a backup from before 3 days ago - They make you pay. Which is just hilarious that something so easy and simple, which is offered everywhere else, is something you must pay for on Humble.

While I enjoyed my little time at Humbleservers for the price - It was shocking clearly how oversold and bad at performance their servers are. After moving to a well-respected host offering dedicated cores my servers performance boosted by around 300-400%.

HS Also claim recently that their 'ultimate' plans are using dedicated cores. Though, you are able to purchase more cores still on ultimate plans. I wouldn't trust HS with anything claiming to be 'dedicated'.

Then there comes the issues with support & billing:

Issue #1:
A while back they offered an uppgrade to a new servers with a better CPU, this upgrade cost $5 and would be a one time payment where the monthly cost wouldn't go up. It didn't seem like they were aware of how to handle doing this, as I was able to go into the client area and remove a permeant core upgrade which came along with this offer, meaning they'd lose $5 a month while giving me "better" specs. This surely isn't good for business.

Issue #2:
On one of my servers I had upgraded the amount of cores. After a while it was clear upgrading cores had no real effect on performance so I cancelled them from the server so next month I wouldn't be charged for them. How they handle this is by removing them INSTANTLY, without refunding back the amount left. I had to complain in a ticket and even then, they claimed they would refund me a small amount out of kindness. This is terrible business - If you pay for something and then request a cancel of this product - You should get refunded the amount left or the service should remain for the remaining days you paid for.

I opened a ticket, asked my question and it got answered and completed within 2 minutes. fast support team and extremely friendly.

Very reasonable prices, 0 performance issues. Support is excellent, responds rapidly fast on their discord, and can even help you with non-hosting related issues (like plugin problems etc.).

I had a problem that I couldn't see a solution for and thanks to the good support it has, I was able to solve it in less than 5 minutes.

HumbleServers , This service is the best accross all times . The panel is great and easy to use . Cheap prices compared to their great hardwares ; it is even cheaper then most famous hosts like apex or schockbyt ! I cant find good words to describe How good it is , from fast and helpful support to cheap prices , and fastests servers ! Exculding the panel , the great support staff team & friendly community , the fact that they give literally the fastest CPUs with the lowest prices at the same time is just unbelievable ! The only mystere i couldnt find an answer to is how this amazing company isnt popular like other companies that dont even have any from the above ?!?!

Humbleservers in fact IS the best hosting provider. They offer very fast support via discord and the staff team is very good to talk to when you have a problem. Also did I mention that this host starts at $0.75/GB? like WHAT OTHER HOST HAS THIS!? all I have got to say is if you are looking for a hosting provider use humbleservers.

Had onlangs problemen met het wisselen van versie (vanilla -> modded 1.18). Na contact op te nemen met support via de Discordserver werd ik vrijwel onmiddelijk verder geholpen.

Zeker een aanrader voor deze prijs!
