Avoid, service has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY
Lots of downtime, which the random stops for that
downtime cause database errors and flat out removals of the databases. Support has no basic knowledge on how a Minecraft server works, and servers and important tickets such as downtime take 3+ hours to respond. Unimportant tickets could take a day or two for responses. All reviews I've seen before buying were from before 3 months ago. Apparently the service has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY since then. Ping issues along with this are horrible. Just avoid them. In the process of switching hosts as of now because of the constant issues. Had issues on and off from my first date of owning a server here.

Amazing Support
HumbleServers offer really good prices for their hosting. I host my server on HumbleServers and its great! I had an issue on my server although their incredible support team swiftly helped me and resolved my issue. I would recommend HumbleServers to any new server owner or anyone just looking to start a server to have fun with their friends.

no support answer
if you are lucky someone of the support team will answer any of your problems in less than 3 days but of course your subscription time that you paid for is still running. if your problem is not solved you have to wait again untill someone decides to help you :)

Got a problem with the server files and went to discord, there I created a ticket and a kind person helped me. Few minutes in and the problem was solved. Liked this custom way of getting help

Simple and also has a fast support team.
Very simple hosting service thats quite easy to use. support team and staff are all very friendly and helpful. also, the connection for friends seemed to be very good despite people being across the globe.
