I Bought a battery but they didnt ship until I wrote them but they provide me a bogus number and since then they have not answered my emails. Seems like a SCAM

This company is a complete SCAM they stole my money and no item was ever shipped. Three emails with no response. I have already filed a complaint to the FBI IC3 Internet cyber criminal, and I will chase them by all legal means.

I recently purchased a battery from this company, but my experience with their return process has been frustrating and disappointing. Despite requesting a refund and receiving an initial reply instructing me to return the item, they failed to provide critical information such as an RMA number or the return address.

I have tried reaching out multiple times for clarification, but my inquiries have gone unanswered. They have no phone number or address on their website either.

This lack of response raises concerns about their advertised 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, which feels more like empty marketing than a true commitment to customer satisfaction.

I hope they improve their customer service in the future, as resolving issues promptly and professionally is key to retaining loyal customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others and I question if they are just a scam.

Ordered from France on January 6, 2025, the product was received on January 24. The battery was sent from China.
It is impossible to charge the battery beyond 9%.
Customer service is unresponsive and it is impossible to request a return as no email address is provided other than the unresponsive customer service.
Don't waste your time and money.

This website is a scam. Not only was the product never shipped. Customer service will never answer you back.

Ordered a replacement battery and power adapter two months ago.
Received bogus tracking # and after two months no product, replies or refund.
This is a scam/ripoff website. Do not purchase anything from them & if you have replace your credit card.
Only way to recoup your lose is via your credit card company.

Bought a battery from them, checking the tracking link, the package arrived 3 times at my city and left again for no reason. the last time it said delivered after 27 days but we never received it. Sent multiple e-mails to them because apparently they don't have a phone number to call for customer service. Been waiting for them to respond for a week now.

I needed to replace my battery. Considering the reviews on trustpilot (4.5 stars) I thought they were trustworthy enough. I ordered the battery. It arrived after 1 month (quite long time for a shipment in Europe). It Worked quite well for about 5 months then it stopped functioning. The battery failed after less than 150 refill cycles. It is obviously defective. Considering they give 1 year warranty I tried to contact them repeatedly showing proofs that the battery is faulty but I got no reply never ever. I would avoid to buy from them.

Never purchased from them but one time i emailed them about specific battery. the price before was around $44
but after i had contact them about the battery they raised the price to $104. which is very fishy. and I do not believe all these reviews are real. Be Careful

I was first a bit suspicious since bad reviews but made an order. Tracking was little late and spare but support of the site answered and my battery arrived just over two weeks. Good price and working battery - no issues so far.

Edit. 3 months later. Ok, battery was good for first month but now capacity has degenerated only to 61% and in 91 loading cycles! They sell faulty items that work for short time and then battery start degerating really fast!

Edit number 2. I didnt get my money back neither did they send me new battery but i made complain to my credit card provider and got the money back that way. You should avoid this company at any cost.

I purchased a battery from hp-battery.com. It was DOA. I've reached out to have the battery returned with no response at all from them. I tried to do an RMA and their website says submit the RMA form but there is no such form. Additionally, the battery took forever to get to me. Extremely, not happy with this vendor.
