The quality of design service by Jim was very high and gave us everything we needed first time. Nothing was too much trouble for him a d his ideas made a difference with what we did with the space.
Quality of the furniture is exceptional and arrived on time with no damage.
I had a couple of end pannels left over and Howdens took them back and gave a full refund with no quables at all.
What a great team, and a pleasure to work with.

Ryan at Worcester Howdens was helpful throughout the whole process. He created a beautiful kitchen for us and we are so pleased with it , we went on to order the utility and fitted wardrobes in the bedroom. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you Ryan

By far the best design and delivery of any kitchen company we've used previously, the considerations that Ryan made during the design stage have made a great kitchen exceptional.

I love Howdens products and there are so many ranges that suit many interiors ! The Hockley textures range has really rounded off the offering, making howdens a one stop shop ! The support is incredible and the staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. I deal with Ryan Grainger from the Worcester Trade Park store and find him extremely supportive on all maters Howdens kitchens, whether it is costing, information, advise on design approach or providing the necessary information from drawings to renders to assist clients understanding and eventual sign off for kitchen designs!

We have used Jim at Howdens Worcester branch before for our kitchen in 2023, so we knew we were in safe hands to use them again to design our boot room, upgrade our utility room and Jim even designed an office for us . It all looks fabulous

Ryan did a great job designing and then supplying two kitchens for us. All items where delivered together so all equipment was there together ready for our fitting team

We visited the showroom and found everyone friendly and helpful. We made a few changes from the originally design, Tom was patient, and nothing was too much trouble. He understood what we wanted and showed us images of what it would finally look like. We needed some building and electrical work so took us a while to place the order but we were never pressured to go ahead.
Also had help and correspondence from Julie when purchasing flooring and appliances, thank you.
Happy and pleased with the end result.

Zach has been super helpful throughout the process from design, to delivery, to any issues we’ve had during installation. Super quick to respond to any queries which we really appreciate.

Julie and then Tom were super helpful and patient. We started with looking for a couple of replacement doors and are now having a full door replacement in our kitchen.

Jim was excellent and listening to our needs and coming up with a design to meet them. He liaised effectively with our builders and everything was delivered on time as per their schedule.

I have asked for a quote from Howdens Worcester for a kitchen. I had to chase Luke twice and he seemed to have a problem as he didnt get the last kitchen he quoted me. I escalated still didnt get the quote! Howdens loss but a manager should be told

I recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Howdens in Worcester (Sheriff Street branch). From the outset through to completion I received excellent service. My designer was Jim Walton and he was extremely professional, helpful, creative and very patient with me!
I was also very fortunate to have an excellent fitting team recommended and organised through Howdens.
The finished kitchen is beautiful and all that I wanted, and more.

From start to finish the process of designing, choosing and receiving my new kitchen was pretty straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble and my designer was extremely helpful in getting exactly what I wanted in the design. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and look of the kitchen now that it has been fitted. Customer service was excellent, above and beyond.

We were initially unsure about using Howdens as your website stated that it was for ‘Trade only’. However on speaking to the girls on Reception we were immediately put at ease.They could not have been more welcoming. Tom helped us design the kitchen and showed us all the options open to us. It was great seeing an image of what it would look like when finished. Again he was so friendly and knowledgeable.
We have just had our Howdens Kitchen installed and would like to express how delighted we are with it and the service we received from Howdens. It was fitted by Richard Houghton who was brilliant. He was punctual and friendly and kept us informed of exactly what he was doing each time. He also went above and beyond and even boxed the copper pipes in from a newly fitted radiator. Rich sorted out the other tradesmen including a plumber, plasterers, painter and electrician, Chris Goode who was also excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Rich to install their kitchen. You know they’ll be in good hands.
Our experience of Howdens and all the people involved was exemplary and we would highly recommend them.
