I bought my second kitchen from Howdens and it’s fabulous. The South Wimbledon branch were super helpful and I’m so happy with my choice. The designer was so on the ball. Another competitor frankly messed up the design and thank goodness that Howdens hire experienced staff who understand about plumbing, electrics and design. Phew! The space is maximised and the room has been transformed. I love it. Marine blue handless with AEG fittings. So slick. I don’t want to move ever! Thank you. The kitchen was installed three years ago but I wanted to say how thrilled I am with it. Melanie has left but the new staff are equally experienced.

Our new Howdens Elmbridge kitchen, office, utility room and bedroom wardrobes have truly been life changing for my family, and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Howdens have built a reputation for beautiful designs and exceptionally high-quality products, but for us, customer support was also a crucial factor. Junior Callender at the Weir Road Branch in Wimbledon (SW19) stood out as the very best, and his involvement was the deciding factor when we were choosing between Howdens and a competitor.
Our build was extremely complicated, with various unforeseen factors that required numerous changes to the design. Junior and his team responded swiftly to these challenges, adapting plans and providing invaluable support that really helped to keep our stress levels down. Thanks to their dedication, we ultimately achieved our perfect living space. Working with Junior was such a positive experience that, after our initial kitchen purchase, we were inspired to buy even more from Howdens, all at very competitive prices.
Throughout the process, Junior, along with Jess, Raegan and Andy, demonstrated deep knowledge of the products and offered a wealth of advice and practical solutions as our build progressed. Receiving solid, practical guidance from true specialists is clearly part of the package with Howdens. From the in-store team to the warehouse staff and delivery drivers, I cannot praise their professionalism, cheerfulness, and enthusiasm enough. This is one of those rare occasions where the final result has exceeded even what we saw in the showroom.
I would highly recommend Howdens to anyone who dreams of living in a beautiful, practical space, and I especially encourage you to work with Junior and his team to help deliver it.

Jess was brilliant and very patient! My client changed her mind quite often and Jess was very accommodating and always happy to adjust plans and nothing was too much trouble!
Anita was great at setting up the account and always so welcoming when we visited! Our dogs think it’s the most friendly place to visit!

The guys were very professional and helpful. Especially the manager helped me a lot. He gave me good advice and also good price.
Kitchen we have received is also good quality.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Howdens Wimbledon , and I must say, the service was outstanding. The counter assistant was incredibly helpful, guiding me through all the options and making the selection process smooth. Additionally, the assistant manager was also very attentive and ensured that everything was going well. Their customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a positive experience and quality products.

Popped in today not really knowing what I needed or wanted and received great service from a young man who was very patient with me and talked me through all of my options thoroughly. Very pleased.

Wimbeldon is The worest branch i have visited The receptionist is not friendly, not knowledge. The sales man who sold me the kitchen is misleading. Junior was supposed to call me back on numerous occasions but never did. Not even sure if the receptionist was passing my message to him. They still owe me refund money.
The only nice person was the big manager in the office at the back.
Avoid this branch!

Howdens Wimbledon, busy store, but they do get it done if your order is urgent. Product isn't bad, I've now had my kitchen for two years. It's not top quality, I can see bits chipping. But, you get what you pay for. Service was good though, always jolly which I appreciate.

First of all, super excellent customer service from Junior! I had been to many different stores for my new house kitchen, only found out Junior was truly help me rather than others push selling. Their team is very friendly as well, helped me for express kitchens delivery. And Junior also helped me with my flooring, he even transferred the flooring for me next day by himself, that surprised me! Over all, I will use this Howdens depot again without checking with other stores for my new project. The only sad thing is I can’t upload photos here, otherwise I can share the fabulous kitchen that Junior designed for me.
