They took the time to help us choose our dream kitchen. Delivery date was on time. After care was fantastic and the whole experience has been great. Having work done to your house can be stressful but they took this away. Very high quality. Work surface amazing. Highly recommend to all. Thanks again

Exceptional experience
This is our second kitchen renovation but our first using Howdens.
Their customer service has been brilliant all the way through. The fact that they work with the trades means that it takes so much pressure off of us as the homeowner.
We’ve had Felicity helping us every step of the way and she’s been brilliant! So thorough, honest and knowledgeable. In fact, Felicity’s kindness and professionalism is the reason we chose to buy our kitchen from Howdens in the end.
Thank you so much for such a great experience.

Superb service and Quality Kitchen
I was initially let down by a branch who cancelled a design appointment, however Howdens Watford came to the rescue and promptly organised for one of their expect designers to take measurements and discuss kitchen options. The designer Felicity created the perfect kitchen, maximising all spaces available and making the kitchen as efficient as possible. This was not the case with another kitchen provider I spoke with.
Once all the units and appliances were agreed, the order was swiftly placed and delivered within my desired timeframe, helping me to align perfectly with my builder. As with all projects, there are always one or two minor issues, however to Marks credit, he sorted out every issue very quickly and was even answering calls during his day off on Saturday morning. Mark really did go the extra mile with countless phone calls to my builder to ensure everything was built correctly.
I was told the service would be the best I’ve ever received, which is a bold claim, but I have to give full credit where it is due as the service completely exceeded all of my expectations. Every single one of my calls was answered or returned within minutes and every minor issue was quickly resolved, with replacement items delivered the next day. On top of this and most importantly, the quality of the products are superb.

Nothing was too much trouble was always available especially when I struggling to decide on Flooring. So glad I chose Howdens would Highly recommend Especially Tanya.

Downsizing !!!
We recently decided to downsize and having found a suitable flat realised that we needed to renew the kitchen, a massive task for an 84 year old and a 81 year old.We need not have worried ,Howdens ,Watford were superb. Barry helped us through the process with incredible help and humour. We used Jamie and his helpers to install the kitchen and they were very thoughtful and professional.We are very pleased with the end result ,thank you Barry and Howdens Watford ,you have proved that you are never too old for a new kitchen !!!!..J and C Roberts..

Wonderful with my 82 year old Mum
Needed to order a new kitchen for my 82 year old mum and contacted Howdens Watford for a quote. Felicity came out to do the survey and was absolutely lovely and took all the time required for mum to understand and get the best layout.
Later went into branch and spent over an hour with Barry going through all the fine details to get it exactly as she wanted. No question was to silly and he answered everything with great humour.
They’re both a credit to Howdens, thank you Felicity and Barry for everything!
