I have been using Howdens Stafford park for several years. This is my 100 percent go to for my material, the complete crew here are ALWAYS spot on. From their extensive knowledge of their material the service is seamless from placing me order to the delivery. Always a professional and polite friendly service.
I must make a special mention to Dave Page. This man makes my job so much easier by fantastic prompt counter service. This gentleman knows his job inside out

Howdens Stafford Park Telford, Sara and Louise at this branch their customer service was excellent throughout. I recently opened an account and purchased 3 kitchens, oak doors and other items. They made the experience stress free with their help and advice from Sara’s kitchen designs and her professional outlook to all the questions, Louise too has been an immense help with my copious amount of trips to collect other bits and pieces.
They are both an asset to Howdens and I would definitely recommend using the Telford branch.

Always willing to help and go the extra mile

We recently went to the Telford branch for doors and handles where we were lucky enough to be helped by Dave. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the products and we came away with everything we needed for the refurbishment we are working on. Dave is a great asset to Howden’s and based on this experience we will be going back for other products.

I can't fault the helpful staff and excellent service that I received from the Telford branch. From design to supply, and including a bit of aftercare, they could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

I started my Kitchen Journey by recommendation for a guy who works at Telford store named Ben and he certainly didn't disappoint. If anything absolutly exceeding my expectation. As anyone can imagine getting a kitchen can be stressful and boy it was but Ben not only did the design he offered his expertise in many of fields and just went above and beyond at every step. I can thank him enough personally and he 100% deserves every bit of recognition he could get. Nothing is too much for this guy and he will certainly get where you want to be with the most important room in the house.

They will fool you on another level .discussed different things n prices and in the end they changes themself and by the time u realise it’s too late and payment done and order placed .worst customer service .forces u to place order first and after no support/no customer service ..so disappointed with so many things

Choosing a kitchen is a big decision and one you take a lot of time and thought into...well Ben at Howdens certainly supported us in creating our dream kitchen. His customer service is impeccable! I can honestly say it was the customer service received from Howdens that made the difference to us. They are quick to respond, always positive, great design service, supportive , patient, attention to detail is on point and nothing is too much trouble and of course quality products!
Thank you Ben, your time and care has been much appreciated and I have to say well done to the Telford Team who are very welcoming when you go to store, you are really smashing Customer Service!

Superb experience first time using Howdens, Telford.

Sara came onto site at short notice and designed me a beautiful kitchen. She accommodated all of my requests for alterations including a last-minute addition of a dish washer only days before delivery was due.

The team are always very pleasant to speak with and clearly enjoy working there.

Kudos to all of the management for creating a nice environment so the team can shine.

A seamless service from start to finish.
All the staff are so approachable, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.
The quality of the products is top notch; they're solid, durable, and modern.
From design to aftersales the service standard was exceptional; nothing was too much trouble and any questions were answered promptly, making the whole experience a delight.
From the moment we met Josh Cooper ( our designer) we both felt like we had made a good decision to use Howdens; he was amiable and his abilities in designing exactly what we wanted, was brilliant; as we decided (many times) on different elements, he adjusted our plan to suit us, not them!! He didn't know if we were going to buy or not but he still gave us an exemplary service throughout. Needless to say, we had such confidence in him that we bought the kitchen.
During fitting, we had to consult with them a them a few times and they were always efficient and answered our queries speedily so, we were not help up in any way.
The reception staff were always happy and smiley, ready to help with anything as were the storehouse people.
Once everything was completed, we had some parts that were not needed so, contacted Howdens to ask if we could get a refund for them. Immediately, they dealt with our returns and credited our bank account with the refund; no messing or arguing, once again, just excellent, friendly service.

Didn't have all the handrail I wanted but I arrived for me the next day

The sales man called ben was pleasant when he came to design the kitchen for us from the telford branch we had a small problem when kitchen arrived but was sorted the same day the 2 guys who came to fit the quartz tops were really easy to communicate with and did an excellent job for us ones name was Lee

We’ve been using Howdens in Telford (Stafford Park) for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say I can’t fault a single thing with their customer service. Their products are as you’d expect, extremely high quality and I refuse to go anywhere else if I know I can buy it at Howdens. But their customer service is so attentive on a personal level. From going above and beyond on every single order, to the friendly chats when I go into the depot. If I could give a special mention to every single member of staff that works there, I would but I’d hate to miss someone out as they are all so brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and colleagues in the trade.
