I purchased a kitchen from Bev at the South Croydon branch, she visited me at my property to plan the kitchen. She was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me lots of ideas that I hadn’t thought of to save money and create space. She kept me well informed with delivery dates etc. Absolutely excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

Many thanks to Bev for designing our new kitchen. She is an expert at what she does, and is a very bubbly person to work with. Her choices of colours and units and all her suggestions were perfect and made total sense. With limited space she came up with a perfect kitchen. Paul did a great job fitting everything as was laid out by Bev. All items are top quality and service from Howdens South Croydon was excellent.

A huge thank you to Bev at Howdens, South Croydon who designed my new Kitchen, she planned for my new appliances to be moved around, to add additional cupboards. I was undecided on colours, flooring and finishes but with Bev’s suggestions, I finally come to a decision and I am delighted with the result. I have already recommended Howdens to a friend!

After a bad start at a different Howdens branch we were persuaded to have another go with Howdens at South Croydon where we met the lovely Bev.
Bev was energetic and knowledgeable and advised us on how to reinvigorate our outdated kitchen.
We went through a number of iterations, which must have been frustrating for Bev, before finalising on what kitchen we wanted.
It took some time from starting the process to setting a start date for installation. Bev was helpful throughout.
Howdens worked well with our fitter and everything went smoothly.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Howdens to anyone looking for a new kitchen and particularly advise them to use Bev to help design it.

Bev was fantastic. She came back with the design the same day and was happy to advise on minor changes. I’m super happy with my new kitchen.

Bev did a fantastic job of designing our kitchen. She spotted potential issues where designers from other big companies did not which made the building process far more efficient, particularly because she had solutions. Any changes I wanted were always actioned promptly, and we are delighted with our new kitchen. Wouldn't hesitate to use Howdens at South Croydon again.

I would like to say a massive thanks to Bev and the team as loving my new kitchen.

Wanted to warn everyone using Freeman Jones (operated by a guy named Jermaine Jones and Nicola Roach as facade) and/ Bev as a consultant. In 2022, Bev tipped off the cowboy builder about my inquiry resulting in him being able to continue the con scheme a bit longer. While I cant prove it, she was very clearly in cahoots in significant losses to me. Beware of her, you never know when she's overcharging you.

It was a seamless process.

I found Howden south Croydon staff bro be very helpful the staff have great knowledge of all the products they sell Leah is very helpful she has a great knowledge and is very helpful nothing is a problem also Bev who does my surveys has very excellent design knowledge of Howden kitchen will always use Howden south Croydon for my kitchen
