Howdens - North Colchester Recensioni

We recently bought our new kitchen from Howdens and cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first visit to the final installation, the service we received was exceptional every step of the way. We wanted a timber kitchen and so we also visited Neptune, DIY Kitchens, Magnet, Wren and on every level Howdens beat the competitors with quality and service.

The whole team went above and beyond to help us — nothing was ever too much trouble. Every single person we dealt with, whether it was planning, ordering, or sorting out the details, was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in getting our kitchen right. We felt supported throughout the entire process and never had a single concern that wasn't addressed quickly and professionally. Carl really has a great team, the counter staff were consistently brilliant. With some other companies you get stuck on the phone but here you have a face to the name and outstanding service consistently.

We were impressed with every area of the experience: the quality of the products, the advice we were given, and the level of care taken to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. It's rare to find a team so consistently helpful across the board, our thanks go to Lucy (our Kitchen Designer) who was fantastic throughout, she guided us with her expertise and support throughout. Nick too was on call if needed and both invaluable in the whole process.

Exceptional service from start to finish, we could not have asked for more. If you're considering a new kitchen, do yourself a favour and go to Howdens — the team there are amazing, and they'll look after you brilliantly.

Thank you to everyone involved — it's a five-star experience from beginning to end! And don't get me started on how good the coffee is there, thanks guys!

This was the best customer service I have received in years you couldn’t be more helpful, you gave me advice and assistance with everything I needed to complete a project. You were extremely knowledgeable and excellent at your job.

We recently used the Howden kitchen design service and can honestly say it made the whole process very easy. Help by the support from Ellie who was amazing from the first interaction right through to the completion of installation. Helping with any queries along the way and any adjustments we needed. Thank you!

Excellent and very helpful staff, I have always had a good experience and good service when I have used Howdens

All the staff are polite and always ready to help even with the small orders.

Helpful staff with a good product range

Customer service very good

Great staff always helpful , all go above and beyond , any issues are resolved asap and sorted and they go over and above , great warehouse staff , great levels of stock , can't fault the Colchester north branch at all

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

very helpful , as usual despite several changes to the design

What a refreshing find. I had an issue with a fridge on the last day of it's guarantee. I had an issue with pacifica and after 3 months of chasing they said it's with Howdens speak to them. I was expecting to receive the same shoddy experience, but no. Ellis answered the phone and took over from the offset. She couldn't have been more helpful total restoring my faith in customer service. She kept me updated all the way through even when she had no news as it had to go up the line. Needless to say we have a new fridge and it's been fitted. What a delightful lady and so very helpful. I would totally recommend Howdens they take ownership of an issue and deal with it from start to finish. Thank you
