The team went above and beyond to support my initial purchase and then also to follow-up and resolve any queries.

We Ordered some doors recently and the whole process was very smooth from order to delivery. The branch manager Will was very helpful and helped us make a decision on which doors to get. Very happy with the end product!

I’m a last minute tradesman due to the nature of responsive role but wether it’s trying to source a particular door or part or a full kitchen working with Will smith the depot manager has been a breeze always warm and welcome making a real effort hence why I know go to Morley when in Leeds even if it’s out the way would highly recommend this howdens as they bend over backwards getting what you need that day.

From walking into the Morley showroom we have had a very pleasant experience… no pushy salesmen/ women.
Left to browse at our own convenience however they guys were there on hand to answer any questions.
Ben dealt with us first off and was very knowledgeable.
Dan has been out and done the measuring which wasn’t easy as it was a building site… he has done a great job or planning, designing the main body of the kitchen.
Final appointment with Will this am who has spent nearly 2 hours with us…tweeking things, giving us his ideas and opinions, negotiating prices and signing the deal.

They listened to our needs and ideas and incorporated them into a very special kitchen design.
Will and his team took time to compare their quote to another company who had given us a lower quote. They gave us constructive advice and in the end price matched to the lower quote.

All the staff in store can’t do enough for me. I go in almost daily, mostly just to see everyone have a chat and enquire about any customers quotes.
Always helpful, want the best for me and my customers and make sure everyone is happy. It’s a joy to have somewhere like this to go when competitors are frustrating, overpriced and don’t have half the knowledge Howdens employees do.

Can't do enough for me as a tradespeople, replacing, matching, stock levels, nothing is ever too much. Staff are great they always have a solution to any issue and it's never any hassle.

I always recommend howdons Morley branch to all my customers as the service is and always has been excellent. If there is any ever issues ie ive ordered the wrong part or I need extra panels etc Danny and the team are always quick to expadite a solution

As a Company we use Morley Howdens on a daily basis
The staff are very knowledgeable and polite and nothing is too much bother to them.
The warehouse is well stocked with the vast majority of items available for immediate collection.
The one plus with Howdens over other major kitchen companies is that they readily have items in stock so there is little downtime waiting for materials, especially when you are on a tight fitting schedule.
I would recommend Howdens, in particular the Morley depot to any kitchen fitters and anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Good customer service and everything I needed was in the store. And mainly price is good value.

We tried a few kitchen companies locally, but Howdens in Morley was head and shoulders above the others. From the initial design, to liaising with our kitchen fitter the communication and professionalism was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and will always go here from now on.

Franco was very helpful and friendly, it exceeded our expectations five stars all the way.

Good service and price

Picked up 4 wall units and doors. Got given a door that had been damaged by a previous customer and send back but didnt get thrown out so it got sold to me. Out of the 3 remaining doors 2 had a big scratch across the front. I went to my branch and out of 3 doors they had in stock to replace mine all 3 were damaged. I then got sent to a different branch and had to go through 7 doors to find 3 that were acceptable. The quality control is absolutely shocking. You pay a premium for a below average product in my opinion.

Another incident was doors a few months ago. The quality of the doors is terrible, huge sticker stuck to the lipping thats a nightmare to remove. The handles were so bad quality they were returned and replaced with screwfix handles which were miles better quality for half the price.

Another incident. I took some newel posts for a job without checking the price, they were £190 each! That was almost twice the price as the same thing from b and q.

Re occurring incidents. We fit kitchens a lot, had over 50 howdens kitchens delivered over the years. There hasnt been 1 single time that the whole kitchen has arrived. Most of the time theres multiple items missing, sometimes full kitchen of wrong colour doors, damaged doors, damaged sinks, wrong size base units, missing all wall units, wrong worktops, damaged worktops, I could go on all day.

Im hope you get message im trying to get across here.
To make matters worse you get pestered and pestered by the staff calling you up asking if you want the bits you have been quoted for and even been threatened that the price ive been given will double if its not booked out on that day.

This is only a handful of examples too i just cant be bothered writing about all the negative experiences ive had over the years.
