The staff are always friendly and helpful and very accommodating and Experience at their job

As stated a few months ago , lost all confidence in them , although I do still go in my local branch for smaller items , I source my kitchens from elsewhere, due to the fact my local howdens refused to supply me a kitchen , because one of their other branches had originally quoted on it

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and a massive stock range and if it’s not in stock they get it for you in a matter of days

Giles at Howdens Mansfield, over sold me there kitchen. he did not bother to check safety regulations or everything he was selling was compatible, just kept loading the bill. ? I trusted that he knew what he was doing , and Howdens was a trustworthy company.. No Not the case. the ovens was to big for there units, when asked what to do, they did not know and sent me rails that did not fit, the sink did not fit to there cut out design , when asked why, he said if you don't fit the tap bracket under the top, it will fit.? this is not to manufacture's specification so is not covered under warranty, what are doing? . The hob supplied by Howdens !! this was fitted following the instructions, when a gas engineer came to connect, he said it was not gas safe so could not sign it off, he then went on to fill a report stating the tops Howdens have sold me (compact laminate ) was to thin and to short to be gas safe. this was also in the instruction manual, so why are Howdens selling dangerous kitchen combinations?
I have reported this to head office and local Mansfield branch, and at first the manager helped, realizing after his own fitter came to see me (two weeks later) he said they are not fit for purpose. I was promised a call from manager , area manager and manager from head office. But all have failed to contacted me at all, Only Stephanie at head office tried to get a handle on it, but with out the right knowledge, experience and support she also has gone silent. Giles at Howdens came back to my house for a third time, and said there is nothing wrong and if it was down to him, he would not be giving any refunds !!! I have 3 small children 4 ,6 and 10 . how can any parent be ok with a Howdens kitchen Not gas safe !!!!! its been three months so far , still being ignored . when you think kitchen , DO NOT THINK HOWDENS MANSFIELD.

Always great service, units are made well, easy to fit and plans are easy to read and follow. wouldn’t recommend any where else but howdens for kitchens

Normally all good this time I had to have 3 visits just to get 2 units but they were very busy.

I recently purchased a kitchen from the mansfield store, the 2 ladies who served me were very pleasant and helpful, I am very pleased the quality and the service and would have no trouble recommending them to anyone who needs a new kitchen or some joinery items

Great service, attentive staff and always happy to help even with just a replacement handle.

Great service and prompt attention from surveyor. Staff are lovely and will help you . Recent kitchen ordered and delivered spot on. Its hard to please everyone and 9 times out of ten its not branches fault. My experience
with them is good and ive been in joinery 50 years .Its a thumbs up from me Steve

Firstly Can we have a upgrade on the biscuits I mean no chocolate bourbons what kind of establishment is this?
Staff are fabulous here, good people, happy to help, friendly, helpful, banters average 😁😁Sometimes they don’t answer the phone but they always call back and sharp at emailing quotes. Blokes in the warehouse don’t mess about getting your gear, there on point.
Has a tradesman what you want from a store first thing in a morning is to be seen to sharpish, get what you’ve come for quickly and get on your way to work, Mansfield branch know what the crack is, used Mansfield branch for years will continue to do so.

Excellent Service, Helpful and friendly staff, Fast turnaround and always keep us updated.

take something back and ther chjarge for whole job then give credit note
a total farce at mansfield branch
in future i will use worksop branch

I brought a door casing,had to return the item itvwas faulty ,and had to check the other 1 befor going home that was faulty allso ,the £84 door was allsp fauty so i got to return that allso next week

The girls on customer service are brilliant

Very helpful staff were able to provide product detail and advice on huge product range.

Every kitchen is in complete for starters, call head office a guy says will look into it and come back etc. and the answer is - no call back.
End up running around Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire collecting items that should have been delivered at point of delivery !
Howdens product is ok 👍 but really need to set a standard with delivering everything you need to install on time because before you know it your massively out of pocket.

Fabulous staff cannot do enough to help you out and very friendly
