RE-CONSIDER CHOOSING HOWDENS as your kitchen provider, Once they got your money and ignore you forever
Before-head, the Salesperson (Darren) was a yes man. He did the measurement on his own and made prompt reply on every enquires.
I understand that he was in busy in sometimes. But he would had tried his best to reply my enquires either through email or SMS.
However, once he got the full payment from me. It became a total different story and attitude changed differently.
After delivery, one of my kitchen door was found broken accidentally. I called immediately to Darren from Howdens for an exchange and emailed him also. However, no reply. Even my builder has a business relationship with Howdens and he tried many times to call Darren. However, no answer at all.
Finally, I needed to drive directly with the broken kitchen door to this branch and talked to Darren to ask for a replacement.
Besides, one of my cupboards was missing one minor parts which makes me failed to use that cupboards. I asked Darren many times through SMS and emails to post me that missing parts (just a small click). I waited him for two weeks and urged him again. Unfortunately, He even no longer answering my call/SMS/emails anymore.
I was completely disappointed with the service provided by Howdens so does the quality of kitchen doors. It was because two kitchen doors were found tore. I was curious about the quality of product provided by Howdens as if it is correlated to the price of Howdens selling?
