Evelyn from the Kirkintilloch branch paid a home visit, designed the utility room. Revised it when I changed my mind and streamlined the process for a famously indecisive individual. A few tweaks required once the builder came but she altered the plans without complaint.

Everything about my Howdens experience was excellent. Evelyn who works in the kirkintilloch branch couldn't have been more helpful. Shes very friendly and attentive and her attention to detail is amazing. I now have the kitchen of my dreams thanks to Evelyn's vision. The quality of my kitchen products are to a high standard and would highly recommend using them.

I bought a kitchen pre COVID from Howdens and have been really pleased with the quality and service. Indeed I had a small flaw on a door four years on and Howdens honoured their guarantee and replaced the door without any quibble .

Time marched on and I built a new utility room and engaged with Howdens in Kirkintilloch for the fit out. There Evelyn managed everything from planning through to the rescue when tradesmen put the saw in the wrong place! Delighted for sure and thoroughly recommend the team for future jobs!

Sourced our new kitchen from Howdens in Kirkintilloch. They gave us lots of options and advice and put us in touch with good fitters. Delivery was smooth and on time and we are very happy with the result. All of the staff were nice people and clearly cared about good customer service.

Having previously used Howdens for our new kitchen in our last home, we decided to try them again for a kitchen for our new house. From our first phone call with Evelyn at the Kirkintilloch branch through to kitchen delivery we received great customer service from Evelyn who answered all of our questions and gave us some excellent advice along the way. Evelyn was also able to advise on and get us a good deal on flooring. I'd definitely recommend Evelyn and the Kirkintilloch branch to anyone wishing to buy a quality kitchen at a competitive price. Kitchen and flooring all superbly installed by BMC Joinery and Construction.

We used Howdens Kirkintilloch branch to redo our kitchen. Saving us a third of the price that a ‘designer’ competitor quoted us . We had a great experience dealing with Evelyn , the kitchen designer who couldn’t do enough for us . I got the exact kitchen I wanted and now recommend Howdens kitchens to all my friends / family and customers ….. hassle free 5 star service !

I have to say I ordered 2no. Kitchens (basic). From this branch before xmas .they where delivered promptly and with no hassle . Good service .

Fair pricing and excellent customer service which went above and beyond.

I have always had great customer service and the quality of the materials is excellent.

Where to begin. My mother decided she wanted a new kitchen installed. Kitchen was duly surveyed and ordered from Howdens. They didn’t spot or highlight that in order to install this kitchen there would need to be some fairly expensive and disruptive electrical work. I worry the focus was on getting the sale rather than explaining to the customer the implications or even fully understanding the implications themselves. After I spotted this and asked mum to raise this with Howdens the order was subsequently changed for a different configuration. Then we have the installation. Note: This is not Howdens but a Howdens recommended joiner that Howdens put my mother in touch with. Joiner going very slowly, asking for money before the job is anywhere near finished. Paid him eventually on the understanding that there were still some snags to be resolved. Guess what? Not seen him since, not answering calls or texts. Snags still not fixed. Mum at her wits end so now my sister and I taking it over to try and get these snags resolved. My opinion? Howdens flogged us something that really wasn’t appropriate to the installation space and really aren’t auditing or quality controlling the trades they are recommending. It’s the case that the contract for installation is between the installer and the purchaser so that’s nothing to do with Howdens, but, sorry, it’s Howdens who are putting people in touch with the installers, so it’s Howdens reputation at the end of the day.
