Howdens - Kingston Recensioni 

I am giving it two stars even if the service has always been excellent. The reason is that, unfortunately, they gave me the name of a builder, Matthew MLC, in Kingston Upon Thames, who behaved very shamefully and unprofessionally. Because it is impossible to find this builder anywhere and Howdens cannot give me his details, I have to warn customers against this builder using their website after I have been authorised to do this. Citizen advise consumer and a solicitor I consulted says that he is in breach of the contract. We agreed on the work, and he made me order the material. He wasted my time scheduling dates and never turned up. He never apologised. I always contacted him politely and patiently from May to August 2024, but he behaved disrespectfully and unprofessionally. When I contacted him, telling him he was on the breach of the contract asking if he was a member of ADR, he blocked my number and disappeared. I contacted Howdens, and the manager told me they would delete his name from their list. I need to specify he is not someone who works for Howdens, but I need to post this review on their website as this moron is nowhere.

The sales team are very helpful and knowledgeable

It has taken us a long time to sort out the design and specification for our kitchen, (c. 2 years!), but the Kingston depot (@Villiers Rd) and in particular Aaron Capocciama, have been fantastically patient, helpful and he responds to e-mails. Since we started we have completely changed the design, range and layout! Aaron provided some very useful suggestions and enhancements, which have worked out very well for us. Very pleased with the quality of units & components. Early days but everything seems to be of good quality and durable. We reviewed designs and estimates from 3 other kitchen companies, and are very pleased indeed with the choice of Howdens.

If you’re looking for vehicle insurance and House and contents cover, Howden’s the ‘local best’, Broker, without a doubt, more than a five star service.
There staff go the extra mile, so professional, their front of house staff in the Kingston branch in particular Izard Jamali was without a doubt, extremely thorough, to the pint, and had all the answers, nothing was to much trouble, we’ll done, especially now the insurance for vehicle’s is so volatile!….

Brilliant service & excellent product.

In personal setting - I used Aaron @ Kingston to move my family into a house in a very tight time frame just before Christmas and they absolutely nailed it - we are really happy with the quality, design and service!

I have also used Howdens for work (a property development company) and they have always delivered for us - the next project we are working on is for 26 kitchens!!

Fantastic Service from start to finish. I bought three cupboard doors in store. From the point the order was taken to the point I received the doors was extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Howdens in Kingston Upon Thames to all!
