Planning a kitchen can be stressful. Not with Rob at the King’s Lynn branch of Howdens. Nothing is too much trouble. From measuring, choosing units, work tops (I’ve changed my mind 4 times so far!) sinks, taps. Communication is brilliant and his advice and knowledge of their products is second to none. And I’m not even finished yet! Thank you, you’ve made the experience great

Helpful, friendly staff with lots of knowledge.

Purchased a new fitted kitchen and fitmemt from a local builder for 12k total,supplied by howdens and fitted by builder.after 4 weeks we had issues with fridge(tall lamona larder) the door dropped and hinges snapped.builder fixed but a week later it broke and dropped again,3 weeks later the same happened,the builder then turned to howdens who sent lamona out,they came 3 times and tried to fix but said the issue was the 70/30 split howdens doors were too heavy for a full length fridge and would need replacing,howdens stated they were aware of an issue with this fridge and doors set up but they would sort it..they then tried lieing saying we refused to let engineers in to fix it when in fact they had already tried 3 times…the manager hasn’t called to chat just left a third hand message to our builder saying they no longer want to try resolving the issue! They wish to refund at trade cost the fridge price then for us to pay for the fridge removal,new fridge/freezer new doors and fitmemt! What a joke…the manager has never spoken to us or tried to resolve the issue and now says we have to travel to branch to get a refund?‘we are now seeking legal,action and advice.._some of the worse customer service we have ever received….Julie and Roy
We even gave them the oppprtunitty to fit a fridge freezer 70/30(when we wanted a full fridge only) and new doors to resolve this but that fell on death ears..we’ve been nothing but polite,patient and cooperative from June until now in December…joke of a company,maybe just this branch so please avoid at all costs..

Asked for 2foot 9 door got to the job it was a 2foot 6. Back we had to go and change it not happy

I recently visited Howdens branch King’s Lynn to purchase a kitchen. I was greeted and assisted by professional and knowledgeable staff. But I must mention Kimmie. The kitchen design she produced was even better then what I had envisioned and she made the most out of the space I have. The aftersales service was fantastic too. I really can’t recommend Kimmie & Howdens if you need a kitchen enough. Thank you!

As always spot on, couple of items forgotten came out same day and dropped them off, just fitted two wren kitchens in the last month ( customer brought) don’t realise how good howdens actually are until you fit other kitchens. Everything’s easy plans,units,worktop,unit legs and quality.

Everything was great as usual except for the upstands which where bowed had to use excessive amount of glue to make them look right
