Lucy did a great design for the kitchen in our new kitchen diner extension, incorporating all the features we wanted. We especially love the corner larder unit, a great use of space for storage and hiding the kettle, toaster and general clutter. The pop up socket is ideal for plugging in other appliances as well as charging phones and iPads. The quality of the units is excellent, much better than some other suppliers we looked at. Thank you Lucy for your patience while we changed our minds several times over the unit colour, worktop and flooring.

We are delighted with our Howdens kitchen. We spent a lot of time with Lucy,designing the kitchen & then tweaking the design to get exactly what we wanted. The whole process went smoothly thanks to Lucy’s expertise & patience. We also found the rest of the team at Howdens Hook to be helpful, when we popped in with query’s.

We really enjoyed working with Lucy. She offered lots of creative inspiration and ideas in order to make a difficult planning space into a fantastic kitchen. Her advice was really helpful and she was really efficient in turning ideas into plans that could be viewed on paper and via simulation. Thank you!

We have had an excellent experience throughout. Lucy, Hook's kitchen designer, came highly recommended by our builder and she didn't disappoint. The design stage was fun, efficient and effective. Lucy understood what we were trying to achieve and could leap straight to the right items, the right sample, or the right catalogue page immediately. She offered new ideas we'd not considered and politely gave feedback on things that might not work so well.

We looked at other kitchen companies but found that the available range of units and configuration to fit into our space just worked better at Howdens.

We took advantage of a sale price and got good advice on how to safely store it until our project was ready. Despite our many months of waiting to get started, Howdens were great about refunding, replacing and swapping items as needed throughout the build. Lucy and the team were always quick to respond, whenever we needed them. We even came back for some extra shelves at the end.

We love our new kitchen and worktop! We won't be needing a new kitchen for a long time! But we're telling our friends to go to Hook and ask for Lucy. They won't be disappointed.

It’s also worth noting how good the oak doors are, as well as the wood flooring from Howdens. Brilliant products and well worth their price.

Right from our initial enquiry through delivery to completion of the installation, we were guided by Lucy Spice, Kitchen Sales Designer at Howdens Hook. She was always efficient, attentive and always gave her expert advice during the design stage and after.
