Howdens - High Wycombe Cressex Recensioni 

We recently purchased our kitchen through Howdens and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We dealt with Todd from the very beginning and he has been absolutely amazing throughout. From the initial contact, right through to planning the kitchen, helping us choose the right options, delivery and installation, he made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and Todd was always helpful, patient and really knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we wanted and helped guide us through the decisions without making anything feel overwhelming.

The service has been brilliant from start to finish, and we’re so pleased with the end result. A huge thank you to Todd and the team — would highly recommend!

Definitely the right choice to go with Howdens High Wycombe! Especially with the expert guidance of Ben G. Who helped with measuring, design and practical suggestions. All we had to do really was to decide which style of kitchen and Colour.
We chose Chilcomb in Porcelain.

I have worked with lots kitchen companies, but mainly use Howdens In cressex, have used them for many years and built a good relationship with all the staff, there very convenient with having most materials in stock. I like to make a special mention to Ben at cressex for always delivering what he says and designing drawings to us fitters that actually work.

This is the first time I've fitted a Howdens kitchen, the quality is much better than previous kitchen units I purchased from another well known supplier, also the units are supplied fully assembled which is a bonus.

I wanted to freshen up my kitchen by just replacing the cupboard doors. Ben G was really good at advising and helping with the door selection. He came and measured up and the doors and other materials and parts were delivered on time and at a good price. I'm very happy with my new kitchen and I would highly recommend Ben and Howdens.

Great service from the branch. Todd was very considerate and professional through the planning stage of the kitchen. Lee was very helpful with great communication when it came to the delivery of the kitchen. As the kitchen was being fitted we needed to make a few changes which the branch were great in helping with.

Great customer service

Ben made the kitchen design effortless and easy to understand. Very happy with the design he came up with and listened to all our requirements. Delivery of kitchens was literally whenever we wanted it. Can't fault and highly recommend.

The best place to shop when you need something from Howdens is the cressex depot. All the staff is nice and lovely and very good to customers and always helpful.

We are really pleased with our whole experience with Hodwdens. Ben came round to look at/design a kitchen for my mum. He really listened to everything that she wanted, answered all our questions, no matter how random, and gave her exactly what she wanted. Ben drew up different designs to reflect the conversations which gave her the confidence she needed in choosing what she wanted. It's so refreshing when an older person has all their worries clearly explained with patience rather than being dismissed as some tend to do, so, thank you Ben for everything.

Delivery was very efficient, delayed items delivered promptly with clear communication about those and throughout the whole process.

Nit a very good service not happy will not be using howdens again
