I cannot speak too highly of Howdens Havant. Jasmine was extremely helpful in planning my kitchen refurbishment and full of ideas. She listened to me, found excellent deals and sorted it all out for me. The whole team are pleasant and efficient. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very pleased with the kitchen range we chose and with the professionalism of all the staff at Howdens, Havant, especially Jazz, the kitchen designer, who's skills and knowledge were exemplary when a few changes to the original plan and the addition of flooring had to be made.
The kitchen fitter, DC Installations, originally planned to fit the kitchen in July/August, but had a cancellation and was able to fit us in at short notice in May 2023. This was not a problem for Howdens and the full order was delivered on the required date. Would fully recommend Howdens, Havant.

Howdens agreed to match another quote but when the kitchen units arrived, my pull-out units are not full pullouts as expected (you have to open the doors then pull out the drawers). We had no idea you can even get these and not sure why they are produced as they do not make the drawers very usable since one side is blocked by the cupboard door. The ones we had on our other quote were full pull-outs where the door comes out with the drawers. They were also a higher weight holding than the ones supplied by Howdens. When I queried this with Howdens I have been told 'our like for like quotes will be for similar products and prices only'. What they have supplied is not anything like our quote in functionality nor of equal quality. No-one is bothered nor has a solution other than rip out the fitted units and spend a fortune on additional units at our expense. We have had to chase people constanly for answers and even the kitchen came over a 2 week period with us chasing missing units and parts. The carcasses and drawer units are a high standard but the pullouts let the whole kitchen down.

From start to finish it has been a really disappointing experience. (Oct 2022 -March 2023).
We had previously bought a kitchen from them with no issue. However this time round we had worktops turn up that wasn’t what was ordered, they had to be exchanged and me as a customer had to help the delivery guy get it out of the van because they only sent 1 person to do the job. Not sure that’s looking after staff.
We then checked all of the units prior to us installing this month and one was incorrect with a incorrect door, we then emailed the sales rep who offered us a pull-out unit and return the incorrect one. When we returned the incorrect unit they told us we needed to pay the difference because again howdens ordered the wrong one in nor did howdens mention we would need to pay the difference in our multiple email exchange.

No offer of compensation for incorrect order 3 times and nor for having to help their staff with delivering replacement worktops because they got it wrong.

I’m glad I’ve only have to do this once in my new house but if we have future project I am 100% not returning to them.

Thanks to Jessica in Havant for putting up with all our changes. Looking forward to getting it installed.

Just had our kitchen finished and cannot thank Patricia enough, great design, and helped so much to keep us within our budget, nothing was too much trouble and helped with any small changes we wanted. Highly recommended Howdens Havant and so happy with the quality of the units.

Very helpful kitchen designer (Trish Berryman) at the Havant Howdens. She was very efficient and patient through what was a long process with a few setbacks at my end and went above and beyond in finding me the best deal and design for my new kitchen. I would definitely recommend. I was also very happy with the builder used by Howdens.

The kitchen was a really good quality and the designs that Jazz put together for us were amazing. We didn't change a thing once we had the design as it was perfect. Absolutely love the fact that the bins are hidden in a cupboard/drawer. Had new window sills, skirting boards and flooring too.

Well done Howdens havant. Everything that was ordered turned up on time without a scratch and fitted in perfectly 🙏
