Called for a kitchen quotation unfortunatley was way out of my budget - feel like i wasted there time - this was impression i felt had a quote from them and Wren - wren alot cheaper but still expensive IMO - decided to leave it however few months later called to purchase worktops and splashback and appliances as was going to replace these and paint my current doors for affordability - called 4 times and was promised a call back - still waiting on this ! Terrible service and wont be back
Went to B & Q and bought everything i needed job done now and looking great

Staff always friendly and helpful.
Knowledge of kitchens are 1st class.
Would highly recommend,to anyone wanting a new kitchen,or joinery products

I am writing this review to commend Meghan for her outstanding service and assistance in helping my elderly parents with their new kitchen at Howdens, Greenock.

Our parents had been pushed into putting a large deposit down for an overpriced kitchen by a different kitchen supplier in Greenock and I was concerned that they were getting ripped off. I went online and saw good reviews for Meghan at Howdens so popped in to see her to enquire.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Meghan was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring that my parents got the kitchen of their dreams. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Meghan's expertise in kitchen design and her attention to detail were remarkable. She took the time to understand my parents' needs and preferences, providing insightful recommendations and creative solutions. Her patience and willingness to answer all our questions were greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Meghan's dedication, my parents now have a beautiful, functional kitchen that they are absolutely thrilled with. Her exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence have made a significant impact on our experience, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Keep getting items I have not used added to invoices. Then was told by accounts to prove it.

Charley and the team in the Greenock branch have kindly been donating materials to West College Scotland Greenock on a regular basis.

The help and support from the branch will help not only apprentice joiners attending the college but also the full time students doing joinery and construction courses.

As everyone know the cost of materials in the construction industry has increased dramatically over the last few years and as a result the college appreciate the donations tremendous as it allows us to give the students a better equipped construction department.

Many thanks to the team at Howdens from the construction department at West College Scotland.

Charlie at Howdens Greenock was so helpful, knowledgeable about kitchens and friendly, it was a pleasure choosing and buying my kitchen from them.
Meghan, also in the team, was really great to deal with.
Kitchen I chose was very reasonable in price.
And was just what I was looking for.

Extremely poor service. Sales rep geared towards own commission rather than what is best for the customer . Damaged kitchen units which had to be exchanged . One damaged unit is acceptable , several makes you wonder if they are trying to offload them to customers hoping they won’t notice. Fridge arrived with dents in it, advised by Howdens it wouldn’t be noticed as it’s an integrated fridge. Once payment has been made Howdens unwilling to liaise with customer. No breakdown of price of kitchen available from them. Wouldn’t recommend Howdens . In the future I would always buy from companies that implement an open and honest policy.

Vinyl flooring looked great and was very easy to fit

Sales Rep, and Counter Staff at Greenock depot were great and very helpful. Very sad the same thing cannot be said for the Warehouse staff...the tall skinny guy with glasses in charge... is the most miserable, obnoxious, jobsworth I have had the misfortune to meet in a long long time. Howdens Management please take note, and sort this. Would have been a 5 star review had it not been for this individual.
