Dean made our visit to Howdens seamless. With sorting storage, the delivery, liaesing with our fitter it was so easy! The design process was great, staff were friendly. The quality is great and for a small space Howdens and Dean made sure we got everything on our wishlist.

Just had kitchen cupboard doors and drawers replaced and a new breakfast bar area fitted. the designer Dean Rossi was great and made some suggestions to make sure we got the best design for the space. The fitter, Michael Wainwright was brilliant and was ver patient with us. All in all we had a fantastic service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend Fleetwood branch.

Howdens have helped us greatly with our fundraising efforts donating a washing machine to raffle off and also making a further cash donation. This helped us to kick start our community venture to which we are truly grateful.

Howdens Fleetwood have always been fantastic with myself personally, throughout the years in the trade and have especially been very supportive of Blackpool and the fylde College and our construction department! From coming in and doing talks with our learners, to donating doors and materials! Honestly could not praise them enough! Adding to that they have agreed to be the program sponsor for Fleetwood Gym FC’s annual tournament helping the club to raise vital funds that allows us to have the equipment and facilities that we do! Staff are always responsive and friendly and special shoutout to Jess who has been a superstar for myself and the college for over a year now!

Went to Howdens on a recommendation for a new kitchen and was pleasantly surprised. All members of staff who dealt with us were very knowledgeable and helpful. Dean the surveyor managed to turn our small kitchen into what appears to be larger kitchen and given us more useable space. The quality of the units is excellent. Very pleased with our new modern kitchen from Howdens.

Hi, I trust that you are reading this because you are considering a big step forward and plashing out on a new kitchen. I've researched kitchens both online and in person, and I know it's not easy. We live in an extremely competitive world out there with everyone competing to win you over as their next costumer. There are so many choices to make, like what style of kitchen, how do I wont my kitchen to look? And as to be said the cost. How much do I want to spend on a kitchen? Is it worth it. As you ponder all these questions and sleepless nights, the end results are worth it. I believe I was lucky as I not only chose the right place with Howdens Fleetwood, but I chose the right man to fit the kitchen, Dean the sales representative was verry helpful and helped me design the right kitchen and the stile was amazing. The price was within my budget plan. Once I had chosen the kitchen, I needed to choose the right man for the job. Well Howdens helped me with this by introducing a man called Nigel, and I new he was the right man for the job. His price was reasonable and time scale he gave me was ok. The job was not easy as he had little room to work with, but he took this a great challenge. The job took four weeks as he worked alone given the limited space. The kitchen as transformed my home and I am so happy with all the choices I mad.

Initially I felt I was persuaded to have a cooker/microwave combination that I didn't feel was suited to my requirements and following this there were problems with the microwave functions.
However, once I contacted Barrie, the manager at the Fleetwood branch, thanks to his personal interest the issue was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. So thank you Barrie for sorting it all out.

Visited the Fleetwood branch yesterday as a trade customer. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and get offered some great deals whenever I go. Bonus yesterday they were doing a trade day and supporting MacMillan, I won a prize and they were giving free food and drinks (non alcoholic). Thanks to all at the Fleetwood branch, you all do a fantastic job.

We are so happy with our new kitchen from the Fleetwood branch. Dean was first rate in the design process, understanding our needs/wants really well. All the units and accessories are of fabulous quality and look absolutely lovely. We are so pleased we went with this company- great product, great service, surprisingly reasonable price and they recommended a great fitter too. First class service throughout

From the minute we stepped into Howdens at Fleetwood, we were thoroughly impressed with the Professionalism shown by Dean Rossi and the staff at Howdens,
The process started with a thoughtful design consultation during which we felt relaxed and never under any pressure and were everyone one of our ideas and requirements was carefully listened to and incorporated into the final design.
Dean arranged to visit our home were we discussed the plan and resolve any issues we had with the design
Dean recommended Shaun to fit the Kitchen
The organisation and Installation of our Kitchen by Shaun was conducted throughout with skill and efficiency. And at each stage of the fitting Shaun kept us well informed with what was happening both the Electrician and the Tiler arrived promptly and worked diligently
We are absolutely delighted with our new fitted Kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Howdens of Fleetwood to anyone considering a similar project. Thank you for a job well done.

What a great experience from start to finish. Couldn’t be more happier with our new kitchen.
Dean Rossi designed us a lovely family kitchen, and fitted in everything we wanted.
We only had to wait a few weeks and the fitting began. Dean recommended Shaun Lightoller from KBT and after meeting him felt very comfortable with having Shaun carry out the work. He explained everything he was going to do, as we had a large kitchen we wanted fitting plus lighting, plumbing and new flooring, there was a lot of work to be done. Shaun was very punctual, polite and friendly plus very informative and took a lot of pride in his work. There were a few hiccups along the way due to no fault of Shaun’s just old houses are not always as straight forward as we’d like! But Shaun found solutions to any problems that occurred and kept us informed throughout. Shaun worked very well daily, even staying later some days so not to leave sections unfinished and always cleaned up each day before he left. We are very happy with our new kitchen and couldn’t thank Shaun enough for his great work. Would definitely recommend Shaun Lightoller to anyone wanting any work done and we have also asked him to come back to do some more work on our house next month.
The kitchen quality is great too and we are so happy with everything.

Howdens office staff are great very helpful and pleasant.
Dean Rossi supported us with the overall kitchen design and pulled the plan together.
The negative point about Howdens at Fleetwood has to be the recommendation of the kitchen fitter Shaun Lightoller - trading as KBT kitchens, bathrooms and tiling.
I do not agree with recommending fitters when I found out they confirmed they do not regularly go out and check the quality of there work.
I can back up everything I am saying with pictures and the poor quality of workmanship. We were informed by Dean Shaun was really good and often fits £20k kitchens. If you want a fitter who takes pride in his workmanship do not use Shaun Lightoller. There is very little communication between him and in conversation admitted to not reading Howdens fitters pack. He asks for half fees upfront full fitting cost was over £3k for a small kitchen and we have had to pay a qualified joiner and plumber to rectify his work. Work ethic not great either not on time and finishing early said was coming back and didn’t. Shaun knew we had paid a builder to move a window to centralise the kitchen we arrived at the property to find the sink was set to the side of the window. He refused to move the sink and we had to get Dean involved to discuss with him which resulted in us having to pay £108 for a new worktop and I was told by him I was being ‘picky’! I presume he is not a qualified plumber as we have had to have his work rectified by someone we know to be a qualified plumber. He asked for payment the day he thought he was finished but as he hadn’t read the plans he had not fitted cornices or upstands. He thinks he is never wrong so does not apologise when he gets something wrong!
The experience of buying the kitchen was good but the fitting from start to finish was unpleasant, uncomfortable and stressful. His quote included screeding a floor which he quoted for after seeing floorboards uneven but then fitted laminate floor down without levelling the floor. We then challenged him about not paying for this to which he said I’m not going to argue with you I’ll knock something off the bill. How can you attempt to charge for something you haven’t done!
One comment he made was I’m used to people being away on holiday when I fit their kitchen and when they are home it’s done and nothing can be changed!
I am also aware of another customer fitted by Shaun Lightoller and disappointed with the outcome.
