Highly recommended, products are all super high quality with great guarantees. The staff in branch are always professional, mega helpful & knowledgeable. I had used Magnets before and had no issues to speak of, but my new experience with Howdens in Dereham was very good with great attention to detail, most items in stock, if not only took a couple of days to get hold of.

Popped in again this week to organise a kitchen refurbishment, the range had been discontinued but luckely Amy (Dereham Branch) was on the case and found all parts, bringing them in from other depots around the country. Got the job done in two days and have a very happy lucky customer - happy days.

Having decided on a new kitchen I visited Wickes, Wren and B&Q before being pointed toward Howden. In my opinion the product supplied by Howden is superior to any other provider, it’s manufactured by them in their own factory and the lead time is second to none.
The staff at Howden Dereham branch, Dan and Nick specifically were brilliant, I had a surveyor visit me 24 hours after requesting a measure, I had a design 48 hours after that and despite me ‘tweaking’ the plans a number of times, nothing was too much trouble. Unbelievably the kitchen was ready for delivery within 5 days of ordering and, for those who don’t know, Wren and other providers’ kitchens can take weeks to be available. Suffice to say that my fitter was extremely happy that I’d decided to purchase from Howden and that everything was on site for him to complete the job at the scheduled time. Well done Dereham, brilliant service.

Howdens Dereham, Norfolk branch, manager Nick Inglis.
We had our kitchen supplied by Howdens and fitted by one of there listed carpenters.
This was in July 2019.
The experience was really very good from start to finish, no hard sell, no redraws of kitchen plans was a problem, no product pushing, everything was delivered when they said it would be.
The kitchen itself is of very good quality both in materials and workmanship.
There was a very small issue because a radiator was missed at the time of measuring up but this was dealt with immediately by supplying a slightly different size unit, this was sorted out the very same day, no issues in sorting the issue out immediately.
Move on to December 2022 and after a weekend away we returned home to find our ceramic butler sunk had developed some hairline cracks.
I rang Howdens fully expecting to be told that they were very sorry but it's been fitted to long now so nothing we can do.
I spoke to the manager Nick Inglis and was asked to send a few photos, which I did and within 48hrs it was agreed they would supply and bear the cost of refitting a new sink, we had to wait a short time as Christmas was on us but this was fitted today march 10th by one of there personal fitters who carefully removed the old sink and unit then replaced it with a new sink.
The whole area is now as it was but with a new butler sink.
I cannot recommend highly enough the service Howdens gave me.
It just shows there are still companies out there that don't just grab the money and run when a problem arises, even 2.5 years after the job was done.
Very pleased with everything from start to finish.
