I recently had an urgent need for a new fridge after my old one broke down on the run up to Christmas. In a panic, I turned to Howdens, and I am so glad I did!

From the moment I reached out, Anita and the team were incredibly responsive and understanding of my situation. They helped me select the perfect fridge that met my needs and budget. What truly impressed me was their ability to arrange for delivery and installation within 24 hours! This was especially remarkable given the busy holiday season.

The delivery team arrived promptly and were both professional and courteous. They handled the installation with care and ensured everything was set up perfectly before they left. It was a relief to have a new fridge just in time for the festive season, allowing me to prepare for my family gatherings without any hassle.

We went to Howdens (Crayford branch) as we were looking to purchase a new kitchen. We had been to other similar companies, but the service we received from Howdens was exemplary compared to others.

We dealt with Anita there designer from start to finish. Anita was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After making initial contact, Anita came out and measured our kitchen, she listened to all our requests and on receipt of our design drawings and visuals she had understood our requirements and we were over the moon with what she had visualised.

We then went into the branch to meet with Anita to run through the design and pick the finishing touches. Her knowledge and approach to our requirements was outstanding, helping us to pick our sink and taps and providing advise.

We ordered our kitchen and it arrived within a week, no long lead times or unforeseen issues, everything was spot on.

We had our own fitters to fit the kitchen, which we are so pleased with.

I would highly recommend Anita. I’m so glad we used Howdens as I don’t think we would have received the same expert experience with other suppliers.

Very happy with service and communication at Howdens Crayford. Always somebody else around to help if our designer James Caplehorn was unavailable, who by the way saved the day when there was an issue with the fitters ,by turning up to the property immediately. Very professional and helpful in lots of other ways too. Extremely happy with the finished kitchen.

From planning to delivery Howdens were excellent, James at the Crayford branch was very helpful with the planning and advice he was also very quick to respond to any questions. We were very pleased with the quality of the product.

Anita provided helpful advice while designing our new kitchen, and we were happy with the end result. There were no issues, and they matched a quote from Wren. Having a local branch to get extras, etc., was helpful, vs was waiting for delivery. I would recommend Howdens for a kitchen.

Was flexible to my whims and offered solutions I would never have thought of. Communication was excellent. Looking forward to seeing my finished kitchen transformation!

Anita, was amazing from start to finish. I didn’t really have any idea what I wanted my new kitchen to look like, but she gave me great ideas and basically designed it for me. Anita is so easy to talk to and really puts you at ease when designing it in your own home. Thank you Anita for everything
