I have a very small kitchen area but Howdens have made it look amazing, thanks to Mason for his clever computer work and to Rob for fitting it all so beautifully.

Choosing a new kitchen can be daunting the are so many decisions to make -Julia was very professional and made the whole process so easy making suggestions about things I hadn’t considered-the planning and installation was very organised.

We badly needed to update our kitchen, the previous one having been installed over 30 years ago! Howdens kitchens seem to be popular with customers and builders alike and on a limited budget, we wanted to get quality at the right price, as significant improvements were required prior to installation. Julia was of great help in matching us with an efficient and competitively priced builder which meant we could move forward with the project.
The measuring and design experience carried out by Julia at Cranleigh was professional and friendly. She had good knowledge of the product options. Her communication with us was positive, responsive and helpful.
There was a slight hitch with the wrong colour furniture being delivered initially, but once discovered, the issue was easily rectified. Any tweaks and hitches regarding finishes were seamlessly dealt with between the builder and Howdens. We were able to change our accessory colour scheme during the process as the project evolved, which was great.
Due to tying up the builder's availability with the installation, we had to store the units etc for about 3 months as Howden's are unable to hold until required. Fortunately we had the space in the garage to do so.

I had a fantastic experience with Julia at Howdens Cranleigh. It was a smooth and easy process from start to end and I would recommend her and this branch for any kitchen projects. Thanks again!

Julia mde our whole experience as easy as it possibly can be! It's a huge expense and could be stressfull if you don't have the right person guiding you. I cannot fault her and also the kitchen itself is so well made and looks exactly the way we imagined.

Good customer service at Cranleigh.
They came out measured the area need for new doors and promptly arranged delivery.
At first I thought they had ordered the wrong doors and didn't understand how the large freezer doors fitted but on returning to store the reassured me and showed me how they matched . Very professional and personal service.

I have just dealt with Millie at Howdens Cranleigh for a kitchen. What a pleasant, easy experience. Nothing I asked for was a problem. Couldn’t recommend Millie highly enough. A true professional and really knows her stuff. If you are in need I’d certainly recommend you speak to her!!!!!!!

Local Depot, Quick service, helpful friendly staff.

Popped in to get some sink fasteners. My account had expired, for a previous address and the young lady reset it, updated the contact details and was very polite an courteous. I got the parts I needed. So all in all a positive visit.

Pricing can be very hit and miss. Counter pricing is always more than our pricing on our app.

Three years ago my Howdens kitchen was installed. One year in, a drawer broke. Tonight one of the cupboard doors decided it would rather not be attached to the cupboard anymore.
For context, the property was built in 1980 and the previous kitchen lasted over forty years without a single door attempting an escape. The Howdens one managed three.

It's a good looking kitchen to be sure, but it would be even better if the doors stayed on. I’d like to think this is something Howdens might like to remedy, though I’m not holding my breath.

We have had an excellent experience with the Cranleigh branch of Howdens in the designing of our new kitchen. Our space is not the easiest being not big but having two sets of windows and two doors to fit round. The designers have all been really helpful with ideas, patient and always welcoming on the number of visits we’ve made to get everything right. We cannot recommend the Cranleigh branch more highly.
