Howdens - Chorley Recensioni 

I received an estimate for a kitchen and on the estimate it stated valid until early January (a month). I said great I would collect the kitchen in January, then to be told that I needed to order and pay (or credit account) before the 23/12/24 to keep the price. When I queried the estimate date I was told that means nothing and the 23rd was the final date. Unfortunately Magnet kitchens couldn't do the early January because of short notice, so I've ordered from Howdens. That's ok but It narks me that an estimate valid date is pointless, and I've had Issues with Howdens before with customers being somewhat forced into taking kitchens early to keep "an offer". That's my reasons why Howdens is no longer my 1st choice for kitchens.

Purchasing a kitchen for my 80 year old parents living near Chorley and living in North Wales myself, was potentially not easy. Howdens, however, made it almost effortless. Suzanne worked to our budget and she showed us the full range of products. Laura was great in the design process and home visit.
Mark Estlin was probably the jewel in the crown. Fantastic workmanship, great value and put up with my parents!

Over the 20 years of fitting kitchens we’ve worked with a few depots of Howdens but we’re now using Chorley Branch and can honestly say Phil, the manager at Chorley has been the best manager we’ve dealt with. Always deals with any queries quickly for us!

quick service but a few doors got picked wrong, but was rectified by the next day which didn't hold up our work, will be using again in the future, excellent prices

Buying our first ever kitchen from howdens in Chorley and I have to say I won’t be going to them again. The delivery side of it and the actual kitchen was and is really good! But the service was quite shocking. We had a trainee do all of our kitchen and the measurements were wrong meaning we had to remove panels and other parts of our kitchen to fit the washing machine in. We also asked for a corner cupboard to make the most of the room and they didn’t give us that when we specifically told them we wanted it due to our kitchen being quite small. When we asked about the measurements being wrong they didn’t seem to care really. They just told us to start taking bits out and try and fit it in one way or another instead of coming out to have a look at the mistake that THEY had made. I was very disappointed in the trainee Charlotte and the way she handled the situations. Making us collect parts of our kitchen when she knew we wouldn’t be able to fit it in a car. It took my kitchen fitter over 10 days to fit it with all the problems and now I’ve had to pay more for Howdens’ mistakes. He even had to visit another Howdens in Standish and they couldn’t believe how poor the design was. Overall I’m very disappointed in Howdens after all the good things I’ve heard about them. I hope no one else have these problems but I’d steer well clear of Howdens Chorley… I’d also put my customer number down but they never sent emails or anything with my proof of purchase or receipts.

Change your replacement policy on new fitted kitchen appliances. You have the right to a replacement with in 30 days of purchase.

Poor products, and after just over a year no guarantee. Is love to show you a photo of the rose gold handles now with big blemishes and some type of rust.

Always an enjoyable experiance at Howdens in Chorley. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Best prices around for joinery and kitchens. Would highly recommend to anyone
