Absolute shambles from start to finish. Had a new kitchen extension so they came to measure twice, before and after plastering had been done.
One delivery man to unload all the kitchen and only got half of what we ordered the rest of the kitchen came the day after with no kitchen plans.
Measurements was wrong so larder unit wouldn't fit. Doors and drawer fronts was missing etc, my partner had to go to the warehouse several times to collect the things that was missing.
Came to do the worktops three the same and one totally different to the others.
Email about these problems and get no response. Feels like once they have your money then they're not bothered.

I just got a lovely work counter delivered from the Burnley store, the delivery guy was brilliant, helped me to make sure none of my furniture or the counter were damaged getting it in place.. it's huge but he was calm as a cucumber, staff are genuinely lovely at this store.. you remember stuff like that.. it's a 10/10 from me.

Martin Fitzsimmons just completed my new kitchen today and has done an excellent job, the kitchen looks impressive. From the beginning when I contacted Howdens in Burnley, I have received nothing but politeness and professionalism especially from Emma-Lee who was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Emma-Lee to design the kitchen and Martin to install!

AVOID BURNLEY HOWDENS.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, back and forward for months with incorrect invoices. We even resorted to their management team coming to our home to check which items we had in our kitchen as we were being charged for items we didn’t even have. We dealt with a member of staff that designed our kitchen which then left Howdens and resulted in us being thrown from pillar to post not one staff member was able to correct our invoice and charge us for what we had actually received. The most stressful experience I would honestly never deal with this company again and I tell everyone I know how bad they are. Save your money & go elsewhere!

The usual exemplary Howdens Burnley service, combined with a stock transfer to South Croydon branch. I always have every confidence in Howdens, and if something goes wrong (which it rarely does), they always quickly put it right without any drama. Only one problem....Howdens don't take American Express. They must fix this!!

We recently purchased a kitchen. Flooring, internal doors and stairs for our home. Lee was great to deal with and any issues ( changing my mind) were sorted very quickly.

We used Martin and Kerry from Fitz Kitchens who were fantastic. They have a real attention to detail , both offering ideas along the way. Both of them are absolute grafters and did more than just fit a kitchen. They were approachable and you could have a bit of a laugh with them too. They also left it super clean and tidy.

Highly recommended.

Customer service was second to none even down to the delivery service and the quality of my kitchen was amazing! Really great experience all round! My kitchen designer Emma-Lee was brilliant and really on the ball with everything! Thanks guys and girls 👍

Called Into to the branch yesterday to pick up some materials and was very impressed with the service we received at the counter and in the warehouse.
Demi was really helpful and Mark help out with the unusual items I was asking for, great team.
