Only recently started using howdens, but so far and I’m under every impression it will continue, they’ve gone above and beyond for us at every opportunity. They are by far the most friendly and professional merchant we use and we recommend all of our customers now to shop for their kitchens and doors with howdens.

It was a pleasure to do Business with Howdens Bridgend Branch. Everyone was very helpful and positive and made the small issues I came across quick and easy to resolve.
A good experience from design and selection through to delivery.

Had an order placed for a specific day ,but circumstances changed and I rang the Howdens in Bridgend, to ask if they could help me out by changing the date to the same day I phoned. Left it with them, and within half an hour they phoned me back to confirm that they could indeed help me out. Now that's what I call a great customer service. Well done to the team at Howdens Bridgend for all your help. The lady I spoke to and sorted out everything that I asked for was Kirsty. Thank you very much.

Unlike me to write a bad review, here goes!
We have been waiting for replacement doors and recycling bins from Bridgend for a number of weeks now. We had to also wait for my backsplash, finally delivered after a stern phone call. I have had numerous dates for delivery yet still no delivery. I would not recommend the Bridgend branch, our carpenter has been paid yet he has to come back to fit the above items plus our larder cupboard which we also had problems with, we weren't told that the larder cupboard does not come with a closed in top. Our carpenter has to make a bespoke top for our larder!!!
I have to say We are happy with the other cabinets, the fact our kitchen is nowhere near finished after 6 weeks is the reason for low rating, plus lack of communication.

Howdens bridgend are great. I’ve been dealing with them for 4 years now and range and delivery are good as is the service side. We can all make mistakes as nobody is perfect but when Howdens get something wrong it’s great to know that the team at their bridgend branch pull together to get it sorted. As a tradesperson when you’re on site this is invaluable.

Bought sliding doors and units to fit out bedroom. Wonderful service as always from Natasha, nothing is too much trouble.

This isn’t a review I like doing and it is regarding the Bridgend Howdens branch only.

My auntie wanted a kitchen so I told her to go to her local branch which is Howdens Bridgend. I told them to go to this branch, they dealt with a woman called Fiona. My review of Fiona is bad attitude, cheeky comments like “I’m going to need a bottle of wine tonight after dealing with you”. So they bought the kitchen. Howdens didn’t contact me to verify the use of my account. The only information I had about it was an email receipt once the kitchen was delivered. The kitchen was priced high so I contacted Fiona and her comment on the phone was “what’s this got to do with you?”. I told her it’s my Howdens account. On questioning the price of the kitchen she told me “it’s none of your business, they were happy with the price”. When contacting the manager of the branch, the price was then reduced slightly. The manager was pleasant, unlike Fiona, although he claimed he could only offer a slight reduction because the customer was happy with the price at the time of the sale. Alex on reception was also helpful and pleasant but I was not satisfied with the outcome. To be honest now I feel like I have lost trust in Howdens and I certainly won’t use the Bridgend branch again.

We had a nice gentleman, Kevin, come to the house to measure up and consult. We then made an impromptu appointment to have a look at the possible design with Tasha. We cannot thank her enough for her warmth, time, patience, and willingness to work with us until we had exactly what we wanted. Absolutely outstanding service as a result we completed the order within 5 days. Highly recommended.😊
