Tracy Foreman got our kitchen design spot on with our new job. Everything turned up on time and on budget. Always use Howdens if possible as if there are any changes to design most items are in the depot to pick up same day for changes. Our opinion is they are reliable and reasonable. We do mainly extension work but if our customers ask we always say give Howdens a try. Don't forget all kitchen companies have there faults but Howdens are always at the top of my list.

Customer service was excellent couldn’t do enough for us we found their advice very helpful Tracy is advice and help went above and beyond customer service. I thoroughly recommend Howdens to anyone.

Howdens Aylesford. Measured my property for the kitchen wrong twice and now won’t help to rectify the situation and have just informed me that they are trade to trade so even though I paid direct and designed they won’t help me. This should have been made clear to me especially as I have never done a new kitchen before - they saw me coming. No after sales care, won’t come out to see the issue, emailed head office who don’t seem to want to get involved either and are blaming the builders. Terrible and would never recommend or use again

This is a review of 2 parts, the design of our kitchen was really well done, BUT there is a big BUT now, the paint quality of our units is appalling and despite numerous emails and phone calls with Howdens they refuse to sort the issue. We had an assessor look at the units but as they are employed by Howdens it was hardly a neutral view. The quality of the finish on our Chilcot units are a disgrace, these are top of the range units and have cost a lot of money, we have even asked for the details of the paint and prima as in desperation we have inquired about having the units resprayed by an independent kitchen painter specialist. This has not been forthcoming. Even our fitter was surprised at how poor the units had been sprayed. The problem is once you part with your money Howdens don’t care, they have our money but we don’t have the quality of units we would expect. It’s hugely disappointing, Howdens say the matter is closed. Our Howdens in Aylesford did as much as they possibly could to help so our disappointment is not with them but with Howdens Head Office who we ended up contacting.

Always the best service from Aylesford branch, Nothing is ever a problem.

Wow what can I say about this branch, STAY AWAY from the designers, Tracey had my customer in tears from day one as she didn’t listen to what the customer wanted. She even told my customer the work top she chose would look horrible with a white kitchen. Unbelievable!!!!!
I usually use margate branch which my account is held and they are really good.As the customer was Aylesford way she went with them.
Will NOT be using this branch again as I have used a few around the country. Boston, Western super-mare, King’s lynn and a few more and Aylesford is the worst one I have every have to deal with.

I am in the process of updating the door furniture for one of my customers who are very particular. I called at my local branch of Howdens in Aylesford to see the current range of handles and was served by Debbie. She was incredibly helpful and was happy to spend all the time necessary to ensure that I had all of the information I needed.
Consequently my customers were very pleased with the various options available and I hope to be able to place an order in the near future.

Always so helpful and polite. Counter staff Debbie very knowledgable on product information. Never have to wait to get served unlike Travis Perkins where you can wait for eternity to get served.

we have been trading with howdens in aylesford,since they opened we have always found the servicefrom behind the counter very goodand helpful.the young ladies are very good at there jobs very polite.the design team are excellent no ploblems at all.
