We are very pleased with our kitchen design and choice of furniture, fittings and appliances. Many thanks for all the help given by Brad who made the task of choosing from the vast array of alternatives bearable.
The quality of the products and the service of Howdens is reflected by the comments of our fitter who said that Howdens is one of the few suppliers he is willing to use. He has been let down by many other well known brands.

We recently visited the Ashby store to choose a counter top for our en-suite as our bathroom fitter had recommended us to do so. A really nice welcome from Nate who directed us to the laminates to choose from and subsequently helped us decide between two options using an ingenious set up in branch where you can visualise the top with your cupboard door and handle. Well done Nate - 5* service from a really pleasant chap. We will return when ready to do further renovations!

Brad was excellent.
He was patient and spent time to show me what the various options looked like for our new kitchen. He was honest and supportive and gave me all the details I needed to develop a new kitchen to look good and be practical. Above all he worked with me to achieve my budget.
I would recommend you pay him a visit.

From design to order to delivery and beyond. Howdens Ashby-de-la-Zouch have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Special shout out to Nate ( front desk ) and Brad ( planning ) both how been helpful friendly and professional. A few design tweets along the way by my excellent fitter Lee Crawley which Howdens facilitated without question. We now have the kitchen we dreamed of. We looked at other suppliers but felt Howdens quality and reputation in aftercare won the day .

Recently purchased various items for our new kitchen (new doors, units, worktop, extractor fan, sink, tap, oak door) and all great quality. It was our first experience using Ashby Howdens and we have no complaints. Big thank you to Brad for his patience throughout the process, he was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication and service from start to finish!

Total lack of communication, and still have a part which hasn’t been fitted 9 months later . Kitchen looks ok but unfinished probably down to the builder , kitchen wasn’t even signed off by either the bulder or the branch

Damaged goods on pick up. no driver to replace item so had to go to another Howdens myself ,very poor customer service to resolve this . Why items are not checked in warehouse for damage prior to pickup? God only knows

Kitchen. Ashby store is friendly with a good display of built designs. We now love our new two toned kitchen. However, proceed with caution. Make sure your space measurements and their measurements match up. Double check what you order. E.g., does it have a back to the unit? Does the draw have suitable sides? See the depth of the units you order? Is it fit for purpose? The quality of the material. Find your own fitter. Howdens do not guarantee or necessarily know the workmanship of the fitter. The notice board in the depot is not policed. Matt (early desk) and Nathaniel (late desk) were the only competent and helpful staff we dealt with. Thank you to them.

The service at ashby is always first class especially from nat and chris which is why i moved my account here from the burton branch where the manager was very helpful NOT

I was kindly greeted by Nathaniel. I wanted to order some doors,he made it so easy for me and was super helpful from start to finish. He talked me through hinges and handles and I found the whole process easy to order and the doors I wanted was in stock and we took them home straight away. I am not very good at choosing but Nathaniel was brilliant and very patient. I returned the next day to order a few more and Dale was also happy to help,in stock too which was a bonus.
