What a refreshing change . We chose a local company to supply our hot tub . The service and attention has been fantastic . They answer the phone and you speak to a real person . Everything happened exactly as promised . Would absolutely recommend Tony and Helen to supply your hot tub .
The advice and help setting it up was spot on .

Jacuzzi hot tub.
After a good while looking at local suppliers of hot tubs we visited Hot tub village at Stonham barns and were very impressed by their wide range of tubs and spas. Tony and Helen who own the company were extremely polite on introduction and their knowledge was second to none. All options were discussed including after sales care and warranty and ideas for the ideal hot tub for our needs and available space and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, we can’t recommend them enough .

Would like to say a big thank you to Helen & Tony plus the rest of the staff from the shop & the installation guys.
From the moment we visited the showroom at Stonham chatting with Kris about the J-225 model he obviously knew what he was talking about,once purchased Tony & Helen advised us on the date the tub would be installed and all went to plan..
The added bonus of a goody basket with some extras for the tub and a lovely bottle of Prosecco as well was a lovely touch..

Jacuzzi J-225
We have just taken delivery of our J-225 Jacuzzi from Hot Tubs in Stoneham. The staff at this company are professional knowledgable about the products and a delight to deal with. Rare these days but this is a quality company at all levels.
We are also delighted with the J-225 a quality product that we will have hours of pleasure in ideal for 2-4 persons.

We have had our Hot tub for about 3 months now and use it most days the staff at Hot tub village are the best around they offer first class assistants and are always ready to help when needed so if your interested in a Hot tub go to Hot tub Village you will not be disappointed 👍👍
