If you are in Verona, do not stay at the hotel Best Western Capuleti. Beware of good comments. Although the room is beautiful and spacious, the fact remains that the walls are made of cardboard and you hear everything that comes from other rooms. So when your neighbor gets up at 6 am, you are awake too. And people at reception really didn’t care of the problem and just apologized, no move was made. When you pay 150 euros per night or more than $ 220 CA you are waiting for a good value for your money. Stay away from this hotel and find another one where the owners take care of your comfort first and your money after.

Back home, I reached the Best Western customer service out but at the end, the hotel said that no refund can be made because the reservation is a past one. For sure, they did nothing when I was at the front desk!
