Excellent Hotel
This hotel was excellent. The hotel itself and the rooms were spotlessly clean every day. All the staff could not do enough for you. We never met one member of staff who did not smile and say hello and go out of their way to help including the ladies who cleaned our room. My daughter has numerous food allergies and the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and understanding. We mentioned her allergies on the first morning and after that, the minute we walked into the dining room, a waiter appeared with her ‘special’ food. The receptionists provided maps, information and answered any questions we had. We were a family of 3 and when we went to our room there were only 2 chairs on the balcony and a cupboard door hinge was broken. We reported this on our way out and by the time we came back they had been dealt with. The barman was excellent and even bought us a bottle of prosecco and a beer on our last night. It is next to the beach, handy for bars, restaurants and buses. Although we were in the centre of everything, we never heard any noise once we closed our balcony doors. When we got chatting to other people staying in the hotel, a lot of them said it was their second, third and sometimes fourth time in the hotel. I think this tells you all you need to know. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.
