We've been with them for about a year great OVH servers, advanced DDOS, and a CPU over 3.8 GHZ. Servers made are series after the 2018 year go to OVH website and you will see "advance"series of servers. 1GBS on all reseller accounts works like a charm .They use advanced series of OVH built for best price/performance.We're a small web hosting provider for south and central Europe.The only thing I miss with them is DirectAdmin servers in Germany and France since they have only DirectAdmin option in England,USA and Asia.Reseller DirectAdmin hosting is 3 USD a month with 3 months paid ahead for 50 DirectAdmin accounts,that's 6 cents a month PER WEBSITE!Never had any single problems 2 tickets on 2 months on average that were answered within 3 do 6 hours after sending to them.We're based in Serbia/Europe.I'd really like to see directadmin option in Germany and France by hostmanits tech staff cpanel is ok but a bit expensive.Directadmin is the way to go.Jetbackup and Immunify 360 and the most important thing in the webhosting industry they've implemented both on cpanel and directadmin control panels MailChannels techology for anti spam security otherwise hackers spam each of your accounts with undetectable spam scripts with over 20 k spam emails a day, your hosting account gets suspended you can not find malicious code.Once a saw MailChanllels implemented by them I've signed up without thinking further.

I switched to Hostmantis earlier this year after having a bad experience with Bluehost and have never looked back. Incredibly good hosting with zero issues and great flexibility. No restricted cpanel access, no gripes about occasional resource saturation, just good hosting and great customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Been a customer for about a year now, overall no issues at all, support are responsive not that I need them often and I have services both cPanel and DirectAdmin in several locations. Highly recommended for quality hosting at very reasonable prices.

They won't accept orders easily, even though I provided my exact address, phone no. ordered using my wifi etc. they won't accept it.
I was even paying 1 year upfront & asked they can call the phone to verify identity, still won't accept.

I think they do some user profiling or something, hard to say, but that's what I felt by their replies.
After hearing good things about them, it was a disappointment for me.

Their servers are fast, and are setup instantly. Great features and pricing especially with included jetbackup.

I've been with these guys since 2014 and I've never had any major issue and I've never had any minor issue that lasts more than a few hours at most.

Thanks for the fast and consistent support and even as I have a less expensive hosting package. Probably the reason I have multiple accounts with HostMantis. My "go to" for hosting.

I have been with HostMantis for about 10 years (I think) during this time they have been amazing. I am a "nerd" I guess but when I need help they are always there. I remember one time I was at my computer and they were at their desk (I am on the other side of the world. Australia) and the Q & A were flying back every minute or so for over an hour until my problem was fixed.

Very recently (July 2019) they went "above and beyond" expectations. If it was not for their help I would NOT have my 3 websites up and running. I find "Outside" help impossible to find, and at a Word Press meetup recently when I told others about the service from HostMantis all the others could say was "You are so lucky.. my provider would not do that and if they did it would cost hundreds of dollars)

Having used many different budget hosting companies over the past 10 years, I've found HostMantis to be a diamond in the rough.

It's been almost a year since starting with them and so far I've been delighted by their server quality at the affordable price point. They have far exceeded my expectations. Fast servers. Very little downtime. They know what they are doing. Good reseller plans that are great value for money, with full WHM/CPanel, really solid JetBackup service, etc. They certainly rival the bigger players out there (who I've also hosted with), that charge higher prices.

Their tech support has been very responsive, even on weekends and late at night I've had responses within a few minutes. I've only had to open 3 support tickets thus far, and the average response time was under 5 minutes. Most were within a minute of me opening the ticket, which is excellent.

If anything changes I'll update this review.

Generally a very good hosting experience, stable and fast servers and very little downtime which for the money spent - especially if taking advantage of one of their regular promotions - is fantastic.

Where Hostmantis falls down on is their support. Response times can be painfully slow, and the tone of reply once received often leaves a lot to be desired.

Replies to support requests can be curt, condescending, occasionally arrogant and sometimes aggressive. A bit of training on how to respond to customers in customer service and support wouldn't go amiss I feel.

That aside, recommended for fast, reliable hosting for an excellent price.

I have been using Hostmantis for two years, and out of the 10 web hosting companies I have worked with over the past 10 years, they provide the most reliable service, great servers performance, and fast support.

This is a no-nonsense host. The uptime is great as is the reliability. The support is swift and courteous. I had one issue with setting up private nameservers with a reseller account and this was never really resolved. Aside from this though I would recommend HastMantis.

Their servers are so good, stable. They also have got many locations. But one major reason why i give them 2 stars is their worst customer support. Their response time during working hours is fine, but their attitude to customers is so bad that it feels like they are offering the service for free. They also don't care about customers, a single complain - and they would ask you to look for another company. Lot of accounts are also being suspended, with a lock that doesn't even violate their ToS, or AUP and arguing with them is very useless as they don't even read whole support but reply based on your title of support ticket.

I consider myself a newbie in the web development and these guys are really amazing. They're very fast, patient and very helpful with your concern and they'll make sure that your concern will be resolved immediately. In my 5+ years with Host Mantis, they never failed to amaze me and did extra mile solving my issues. I tried other hosting providers but HostMantis's service is really different and more accommodating.

Please take note, don't take hostmantis as your re seller or hosting provider, this scam company just suddenly lock your account with reason high resources, 3 to 5 times my client website has been block as before i never has this kind of problem.

update: My client is a girl and not abuser, you can see his use only blog and you can see the posting is just normal blog. but hosmantis is not really cooperate and just leave us without any solution. and now i cant do anything and need to refund to my customer. so who's get profit. actually you must help me together find a solution not just leave a comment my customer is abuse. done. and block. So easy make company nowadays by scam people money. The reason high resources.

4 - Been using Hostmantis almost 2 years , now Hostmantis just suspend my account. All my sites are lost. Their reason is my site use high resource, I guess one of my site is hacked and hacker use script which cause high resources using.

5 - For other hosting services, they will temporarily locked Your Site and let you fixed it, then active your site again. With Hostmantis you don't have a chance, they just suspend your account , your business will be gone. My advice is Avoid Hostmantis with all costs.

6 - They will suspend your account without warning and for simply getting traffic to your website. They are unprofessional. They had a month long DOS attack that affect every website they hosted in their Detroit data center and they still bill everyone for that month.

You can definitely do better than this. I wouldn't pay a nickel a month for HostMantis's service

HostMantis is by far the best host I've used. The best part is they are also the least expensive!

Feature rich shared, reseller & VPS service plans with location in several countries to super f-a-s-t competent knowledgeable support.
Can't fault them & only wish I'd discovered them earlier.
