De pc werkt weer goed.

Hostje.nl heeft me in al de jaren dat we er komen nog nooit teleurgesteld. Ik laat externe harde schijf vallen en Nick lost het op. En als hij het zelf niet kan dan heeft hij prima samenwerkingspartners die het kunnen fixen. Erg blij en tevreden met Hostje.nl

Professionele zaak, komt afspraken na en helpt altijd!

My external hard disk did not start anymore so I send it by mail to Hostje.nl in Vught Netherlands.
They confirmed receiving it and promised to give an indication within a few days if it was repairable and about the costs.
After 2 weeks I received nothing and they promised to come with an answer the next day. Again nothing happend. This went on for 6 weeks. Not once they kept their promise to give and update. After six weeks I still did not know if the dis could be repaired and what it would cost. So finally I called them. A very agressive person told me that they have send the disk back to me because I asked too many questions. So actually for 6 weeks they did nothing and did not tell me what was going on. I never asked for a repair within a time-limit, I only asked them to inform me. The promise to send a track and trace could was also not kept. I have never ever experienced such a shamefull company. And at this time I have not received back my external hard disk.
So be prepaired if you want to do business with Hostje.nl in Vught

Inmiddels heb ik mijn externe harde schijf weer terug. En het verbaast me niet dat de schijf slecht en slorig verpakt was. Bovendien zat een van de 2 kabels die ik had meegestuurd er niet bij. Zo gaat Hostje dus met de spullen van haar klanten om. Het is echt ongelooflijk hoe dit bedrijf haar klanten schoffeert. Nog nooit zo'n waardeloze en onvriendelijke club mee gemaakt.
