Horsemat Ltd are suppliers and installers of quality stable mats - equestrian matting, matting for horse walkers, grass mats, matting for horse boxes & trailers and paddocks. We also, supply and install many products for kennels, gyms, sports areas, driveways, gateways, car parks, there aren't many scenarios we haven't come across in 20 years! As a small family company, we really pride ourselves on our personal customer service, we set our standards bar at Charles Kingsley's quote "Do as you would be done by" . We believe customer service is in decline and would like you to experience the standard that we would hope for ourselves. We genuinely care about our customers, their requirements and seeing your enquiry all the way through from your vaguest thoughts to the delivery or installation of your mats. Your satisfaction is our motivation, we will never unnecessarily sell you a product that you don't need. We never say that things don't go wrong, but if they do we will do everything in our power to put it right, quickly and efficiently for you. Excellent Advice for an Excellent Product!
A marvelous product, bought for a second time following more Excellent advice, knowledge and an understanding of what is required. Could not be bettered, nor could i fault this company nor their customer service! The second purchase from Horsemat Ltd and I very much look forward to doing so again for my next project in the spring! Other companies should take a leaf out of their books!

Genuinely a pleasure to deal with, from my first call with Theo. He took the time to listen to my needs and sent out a variety of samples to I could make an informed decision before I made a purchase. At a later date, I then spoke with Maddie to place my order who went through all the details and arranged shipping. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. A*
I ordered the Super Jim 17mm and what a product! Some serious matting! Heavy duty and far superior to other companies products that I had received previously. Be warned these mats are heavy!

Excellent, personal customer service
I cannot recommend Horsemat highly enough. Specifically, Kim. Kim guided me through a process of buying the right products to create a winter track system in my paddock for my mares. She gave insightful, unbiased advice which enabled me to make informed decisions. The product arrived on time and met all expectations.

On time delivery and good quality
Rubber matting was dispatched and delivered on time and on arrival was left in a safe place. Matting is of very good quality and has laid well in the stable

Excellent customer service and outstanding products
I stumbled upon Horsemat Ltd while searching for stable mats that would be of quality and competitively priced, having the option to request free samples sent is also a big bonus and did help me decide on the mats I purchased.
Kim was very pleasant and very helpful from my first email enquiry. I checked the delivery information on their website and knew their courier wouldn't make it to my home due to access restrictions. I called Kim, we chatted over all options available for delivery and had them dropped off with a neighbour.
Horsemat Ltd is an absolute pleasure to do business with, emails answered in good time, Kim was always available on the phone. Mats ordered at end of the week and delivered following Wednesday, full updates from courier with time slot and when delivery was successful.
I will be a returning customer when I need more mats.
