We also, supply and install many products for kennels, gyms, sports areas, driveways, gateways, car parks, there aren't many scenarios we haven't come across in 20 years! As a small family company, we really pride ourselves on our personal customer service, we set our standards bar at Charles Kingsley's quote "Do as you would be done by" . We believe customer service is in decline and would like you to experience the standard that we would hope for ourselves. We genuinely care about our customers, their requirements and seeing your enquiry all the way through from your vaguest thoughts to the delivery or installation of your mats. Your satisfaction is our motivation, we will never unnecessarily sell you a product that you don't need. We never say that things don't go wrong, but if they do we will do everything in our power to put it right, quickly and efficiently for you. Extremely attentive and response times are second to none. Don't bother looking elsewhere for horsemats etc as you will only end up back at this website! More than happy to recommend and thanks again Kim and her team

Ridiculously expensive transport costs
Ridiculously expensive transport costs, only notified at checkout, forcing us to pay for next day delivery, which was not supplied as the delivery was late. A refund is expected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We were devastated that your order went wrong, especially as we have previously supplied you on nine other occasions, either with delivery or collection from us.
We are genuinely sorry that on this occasion the delivery was not made on time. We do everything we can to ensure everything is delivered on time and believe that communication is the key, your review was the first we were aware that your delivery was not made when you expected it. If when the delivery failed to arrive, if you had given us a call, we would have done everything in our power to put it right.
We never say it doesn’t happen and sometimes things do go wrong, but we pride ourselves on our customer service and had we known, especially as a previous customer we would have bent over backwards for you to get them to you.
Whilst our delivery prices do seem high, this is for one simple reason. We refuse to hide any of the delivery charge into the cost of our products – which many of our competitors do and call it “free delivery” or charge a subsidised rate. As a major importer of the products, this gives us greater power to offer the very best price that we can on the mat at the time, according to the rate of exchange, raw material costs and shipping charge. This is reflected in the fact that during lock down the mat you purchased peaked at around £35 each plus VAT and now the mats are £7 plus VAT less each. The UK carriage charges only ever go one way unfortunately and that’s up!
You are required to log in, as the delivery prices are calculated according to your postcode and we need to keep your data safe. We keep a keen eye on our competitors and are confident that our fully delivered price still comes in cheaper, on like for like products and quality. We have checked and the website does allow you to choose either next day or 48 hour delivery.
You placed your order on Sunday afternoon at 3.45pm, we dispatched your mats on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday, which we are sorry was not the service your were expecting.
If you would like to give us a call, we will of course refund you difference between 24 and 48hr delivery of £8.10 including VAT

Excellent service and mats 5*
I called to ask some questions before ordering, and they were super polite on the phone. When I ordered, my order was quickly acknowledged and clear information was given about delivery. I had update messages throughout with delivery information and checking everything was okay!
The mats arrived exactly when they’d said they would - even the delivery driver was super friendly, helpful, and in contact with exact timings.
The mats are excellent quality, really pleased with them. A definite 5* for me 🤩🤩🤩

Horse walker Mats
I ordered horse walker mats from Horsemat and was delighted with them. Tom was great from start to finish with help re measurements etc. The time scale was longer than usual but I did start the process just before Christmas so what with holidays and the fact we are in North of Scotland i was prepared for some delay. I didn’t have to pay anything until they were about to start the cutting process and from then to delivery it was very quick. I would highly recommend Horsemat to anyone.

One of the easiest purchases I’ve made. I ordered online and it was followed up with a friendly phone call the next morning checking the order and explaining the delivery process . And the whole purchase was perfect.
