Had to transfer large funds to buy a car. First time engaging with Horizon. Felt like Alice and Faye held my hand right through the process of getting the pounds to euros into our Bank in Spain. Competitive rates and a friendly service. All good by my book. 🤗

I had a wonderful experience with Alice and I am very happy with her fast and furious service. Last time we had some trouble with the changed policy of the company but now it’s all perfect.

Great Company to deal with.
I have been with Horizon Currency for a couple of years now. I think last year they changed things around and I had trouble sorting things out. I was then introduced to my account handler?, account manager? Alice.
Alice has been absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with with problems I had and was always patient, helpful and willing to help.
Alice is a real credit to Horizon Currency and I feel I am really privileged to have her as the go to lady whenever I have a query. If it was not for Alice I may very well have left and gone to another company.

Brilliant service. I have dealt with Louisa and her team for ages, and, in addition to always offering great exchange rates, the level of service received has always been superb, with excellent and always prompt replies to any questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have dealt with a number of forex businesses over the years, and in my opinion, these are the best.

Excellent exchange rates as a starter but when I made a mistake in the SWIFT reference they re-routed the transfer and it was in my Ozzy account in no time at all. They even replied to my email on a Sunday!

Louise and her team provided excellent currency service, professional, efficient, friendly and with good perspectives on market trajectory and relevant conversion strategy!

Louisa and her team were amazing! I had some problems with my bank abroad, (nothing to do with Horizon), and Louisa, Alice and the others were so helpful and understanding, they really went above and beyond what they needed to do. Normally I would say, great service, very efficient and the best exchange rate (I have used Horizon before). But sometimes you only really know how good a company is when things don't go according to plan through no fault of their own. They were far more professional, and calmer than I was, and if I could give them 150 out of 100 I would! They remained friendly and helpful at all times. I would not use anybody else. Thank you guys for a great service!
