I highly recommend Hopkins Homes. The product quality is outstanding and I have been impressed with their professionalism and customer service, especially Lacie Hay, who took the time to answer any questions I had and created a calm ambience during a highly stressful time.

I was impressed by the quality of the buildings and the high standard of fittings off the development in Church View Bramford. Kim was especially helpful and knowledgable.

What can I say, Lacie and Kiera at Kingsfleet have been amazing at helping me to reserve my beautiful new home!
From the start they have been friendly, warm, approachable, efficient, informative and professional! To top it all, they do it with a smile! Keep up the great service ladies!

Hopkins homes are a 5 star company. From my first visit to the sales centre to completion day and ongoing with the aftercare I cannot fault their customer service and the quality of their homes. A particular mention for Kim the Hopkins sales agent who oversaw the whole process. This is the third time I have bought a new build the first time with HH. You are in safe hands with Kim. She really wants to ensure the home is the right one for you. No sales patter but pure love for her job. If he a fourth time to buy a new build its HH for me. Finally after you have moved in along comes georgie to look after your snagging needs and support. A lovely and approachable person where any problem is dealt with in a courteous manner. Our experience so far with Hopkins Homes (Beaulieu, Chelmsford) has been excellent from start to finish. From finding a home that perfectly suits our family’s needs to the day we moved in, the process has been smooth and well supported.

The entire team has been wonderful. Charlotte, our sales executive, has been incredibly supportive and always ready to listen to our queries as well as Jo. It has been about seven weeks since we moved in, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new home. The property is beautifully finished with high quality fittings, cosy, and energy-efficient. Our children absolutely love our new home.

James, the site manager, has been consistently approachable and responsive. Even when he was away, he ensured a seamless handover to Sam, who was equally helpful and efficient in responding to our 21-day queries.

Although it is a new development and some ongoing construction means there can be a bit of noise and mud at times, this has not taken away from our overall positive experience.

We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend Hopkins Homes to anyone considering purchasing with them.

Charlotte was exceptionally professional and went the extra mile for us. Answered all our questions and if she didn’t know would go and ask. She was also good at keeping us updated as the build progressed and with solictor proceedings. After care service was also on point with follow ups on snagging issues and nice touches like the move in and welcome gifts.

Throughout the entire process, Rachel has been exceptionally helpful, and everyone at Hopkins Home has been kind, welcoming, and professional, making the experience truly exciting and enjoyable.

Great experience buying a property in Bury St Edmonds Abbots Vale from Rachel, who was very helpful and not at all pushy.

The process was very easy (although) it could do with being less manual and more computerised.

All in all though a very good transaction.

We’re buying a property at The Elms, Woolpit through Sales Executive Jason Hutton, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From our initial enquiry and viewing right through to ongoing correspondence, Jason has been consistently reliable, prompt in his replies, and exceptionally courteous. His considerate and pressure-free approach, combined with a thorough knowledge of the development, has made the whole process smooth and stress-free. At a time when good customer service is increasingly rare, Jason’s professionalism and genuine care have been a refreshing change.

Delighted to be moving into our new house in a few weeks. Hopkins homes came out top for us over many other builders and developments. Fantastic houses and a great layout. Jason was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing my first home. He kept me up to date with the progress of my home & was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. Even after I after moved in, Jason continues to help & be available should I need it.
