Thank you for your feedback, and for taking the time to speak with me today. I’m sorry that the mat wasn’t what you expected and that its design led to a different perception of the product. We do describe it as an Indoor/Outdoor Mat – Grass Design and include details about the wipe‑clean cover. Thank you for your suggestion about calling it a “printed cushioned mat” — I’ve shared this with our buying team for consideration. We really value your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
