Absolutley discusted with the service.
Ordered personalised dog bowl containers + extra bowls. The metal bowls arrived very quickly, and the wooden containers were supposed to arrive 7th April. Nothing delivered and it was a treat for my sisters dogs. No response from emails sent, and no contact number to personally speak to the provider. ORDER at your PERIL.

Should've read reviews, really poor customer service, unprofessional email and then just end up ignoring you! Issue with the product and now stuck!! DO NOT buy from them or if you do dont expect good customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered a personalised hoodie not only was the picture much smaller but looked horrendous blurry and faded! Along with completely wrong positioning 😡 looked like a thin peice of leather ironed on 😡 they had the cheek to say it was my fault, I'd advice everyone to stay clear!!!

Ordered a personalised embroidered "Stocking and Sack" set via Amazon, fulfilled by Hoolaroo.

I have left a picture of the item I *actually* received from Hoolaroo - so what I am saying is indeed the truth - which was on personalised embroidered Stocking (which was good) and an unembroidered Advent Calendar which is useless to me.

To make matters worse, there is no recourse through Amazon as all roads you click on lead to "We are unable to accept returns for this item."

How useless is that? So they can sell whatever they want and there is no customer service to correct anything. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS AMATEUR COMPANY. LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS LIKE MINE.

Ordered a large personalised Xmas stocking on their website and got sent the wrong one. One which is sold for much cheaper on Etsy. Close to Christmas so emailed and asked to send the correct one with a return label but they didn’t do so. Haven’t responded to any further emails. Really poor customer service and wrong item

Following a very difficult time of chasing up an incorrect order using their email address. I approached Amazon who forwarded my query direct to the company. They reacted quickly and corrected my order free of charge and in good time.
Very happy with my personalised stocking.

Very disappointed with my purchase, it's very misleading. The photo shows someone holding the planter in both hands, that's what I thought I was buying. It is in fact tiny, not even half the size. Yes I should have checked the description and measurements but please advertise what you are actually selling.

READ THE REVIEWS. Wish i had..... ordered a personlised bbq tool set. After ordering as it didnt let you say what you wanted wriging , i emailed with my text. Immediate reply saying they cn do it. 2 weeks later no goods,ignored 10 emails. Had to get my bank to step in for a refund. Total scam site!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. We received a gift box when my son was born containing a bunny comforter. He has grown very attached to it so I thought I'd better get another. Usually they personalise everything, but I emailed customer service to ask if I could order one without any customisation and they were very quick to respond with details of how to make sure the order goes through right. Shipping was quick too and now my son has a backup bunny.

I so wish I'd checked these reviews before spending £27 on a little baby trunk that doesn't close, clip is broken..and not receiving what was displayed in the photo...photo of what i was purchasing showed the cutest little woollen grey booties, what i received was a standard pair of grey socks which I could have brought from primark...I'm so done with companies, like yours, that display items you have no intention of supplying, no customer service, avoid this company if you want to actually receive what you pay for, won't be returning as can't now, no time,delivery was 2 days late, and actually, I already know it won't be worth my time to even try and get a refund, won't be using your company again

Terrible experience! Ordered two scarves on Etsy as Christmas presents but they never arrived. After two weeks I asked the sellers to chase the delivery and they simply cancelled the order and refunded. When I explained I didn’t want a refund as these are Christmas presents, they told me reorder. Customer service is terrible and seems to be a different person everytime. I suspect they cancel orders in order to avoid bad reviews on Etsy!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot prior to purchasing items from this company.
The items I received are nice but one of the items within the set is missing, ( Childs baking set) I was told by the seller that I did not order this particular item ( chefs hat), I did as shown in the illustration and context of the items shown. I chose the most expensive option as I wanted the complete set as shown. The site is very misleading in relation to what you actually receive.
The hat was not delivered. I contacted the seller who was unhelpful and quite blunt, ie no customer service. I was initially told that the hat had sold out and then told within a further message that I did not order this item. Again to illustrate the confusion within the site and their goods description the hat is present in the illustration and context. The hat was not visible in the item order list as a stand alone item ?
I raised the concern with Etsy as prompted and this provided no resolve whatsoever.
I will not purchase any items from this seller in the future.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
I ordered a personalised guest book and paid for next day delivery.
The book arrived 8 days after it was ordered.
I contacted the company asking for an explanation and refund.
It took over a week for a reply which they then sent me confirmation it had been delivered which was not the issue - it was the time it took to be delivered.
It was personalised with the wedding date which had passed by the time it was delivered.
I paid £4.95 for next day delivery to ensure it was received in time however it took 8 days for it to be delivered.
They ignored my messages by email, on Etsy and Facebook.
I will not order from this company again and I urge anyone considering ordering from them not too.
They are also on Etsy but again do not order from them!!!
There are much better suppliers.

We recently ordered 100 personalised pens to hand out to at a company event. When we recieved the order, the printing on the pens was absolutely terrible. Despite sending a high res image, the wording was duplicated and blurred, making the details unreadable.

This would have been very apparent before shipping but the company didn't even attempt to let us know that there had been an issue with printing. I emailed straight away to complain and initially had a response requesting photos. Once the photos were sent, the company completely ignored every single communication from that point. We sent approximately 6 emails to various email addresses and to date, we have not had a single reply.

As there is no telephone number or alternative contact methods, we had to choice but to request a charge back from the credit card company. Had we of not used a credit card, we would have still been fighting for a reply and resolution.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company (and the sister company "Designer Kids and Baby") as they seem to ignore any issues of replacements / refunds in the hope that the problem will disappear.

Amazing Personalisation cannot thank you enough for my doggy gifts!

Scam. They will take your money and you won't receive anything. Their "customer service" is outsourced to a 3rd party that has no idea what's going on/ can't help.
