We had water damage to the hardwood floor in our home in Lewes, DE. Peter Paul came with his installer to estimate the job. Peter helped us select an appropriate replacement hardwood. The house is less than two years old, and we weren’t convinced that the replacement floor would be as nice as the original. With the flooring that Peter helped select, and the meticulous installation by Dale the installer, we ended up with a better floor than the builder had installed. I also need to mention that the relationship Homeworks Carpet One has with our insurance company made the entire process easy and worry free. We highly recommend this company.

We replaced carpet in several rooms in our Ocean City condo with Luxury Vinyl Tile. We walked up to Homeworks one morning not really sure if we were ready to do the project and that's when we met BJ our sales associate. He was such a pleasure to work with - provided good information on the products - and even drove us to our condo with samples so that we could make a decision. BJ accommodated a change in the install date, communicated with us prior to the installation, and was there to lend a hand when we had a follow-up post installation. The crew did a great job with the install - while we had dust to clean up from the carpet removal you would otherwise not know they were there except for seeing the new floor - every piece of furniture was put back in its original place and there was no debris from the installation.

I feel like we got a fair price (flooring was on sale), quality installation, and excellent customer service in BJ. I would certainly do business with them again.

They listened to my needs, suggested carpet and vinyl appropriate to my budget, hand-measured my condo for the best sizing to minimize seams, installed all flooring professionally and competently, and cleaned up thoroughly. I can certainly recommend their excellent work and high customer service standards!

The entire carpet experience was wonderful! The sale people were super friendly and helpful. They guided us towards a carpet that was the right color, texture, and price. They were able to schedule the estimate right away. Once the carpet arrived it was immediately installed and looks great! We couldn't be happier.

Gary from Homeworks was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with all of the info. we needed on our new floor during the purchase . Leo the installer did an outstanding job. It was neat and clean when we arrived to see his work. It's been 1 month since installation and we don't see any problems with the product or installation. We would use Homeworks again in the future for any flooring needs.

We went to Homeworks Carpet One Based on a referral from a friend of ours. We were not disappointed! With the help of our sales associate, Sonya Frable, we were able to choose flooring for our entire home in just one hour. We explained what we were looking for and she was able to make recommendations with regard to color and warranty levels that were perfect for our property. She was involved from start to finish, sending us pictures periodically of the progress. Sonya is amazing. She is smart, thorough and professional. She thought of everything. She went to the house to measure, check in on installation and then came back and set furniture back in place. The price for the high quality of the carpet was good! The Salesman was quick to measure our rooms and put together a price. Courteous and professional. The installers did a great job and got it all done in one day.
Overall we are very satisfied. The Salesperson arranged for us to make payments as well, No interest for a year.
