Loving them dont even here traffic going by the guys did a brillant job and they toik away all rubish very pleased .

The workmen turned up on time were good at their job friendly and cleaned up when they were finished soon after their office called to see if I was satisfied with everything

The salesman who came to the house was excellent - knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product but not pushy. The sample window was lovely - large, and so I was able to see and try all the 'mechanics' pointed out. It appeared to be excellent quality, I felt confident signing up to purchase a new front door and I fully expect to purchase windows from Homesealed later this year, I don't feel any need to look at windows from other company and I am happy with the quotation Homesealed gave for replacing my windows.
The fitters arrived on time and did a splendid job, clearly knew what they were about and left no mess. They made sure I was completely happy before they left and insisted I tried the locks to make sure I could open and close the door easily - being new, it was a bit stiff so they made adjustments to suit my strength.
I would have given 5 stars but for some confusion over initial administration, all by phone, and scant detail on the paperwork some of which didn't come until after I had signed up. I felt there was 'persuasion' to pay immediately by card or by phone when the fitters had finished. I resisted, but was happy to pay the balance in full the following morning, and by bank transfer. Excellent communication from the office throughout to confirm appointments beforehand and check I was satisfied afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Most everyone we spoke with in person were excellent. The initial sales reps, the surveyor and the fitters were all fab.

The fitters especially were professional, lovely to chat to and worked incredibly tidily. The finished product is fantastic.

The issues we had were largely around organisation.

We had two surveyors show up for the same job in the same day. We had problems multiple times trying to reschedule.

We had fitters who initially came to perform the installation who had no idea we lived on the top floor and were unequipped to deal with the situation.

When it came to payments, it felt like we were being hounded, before the fitters had even left the building, despite the fact that we still have work to be completed.

The final interactions left a bad taste despite how excellent the work had been.

The initial consultation seemed okay although it took almost an hour and the salesperson mentioned we could be a feature home and asked lots of questions implying this would get us a great discount. I was then told we could get 3 windows and 2 doors for £9500 and a further £399 was taken then and there. After a day of reflection and speaking to people in my area, I realised how overpriced this was. I asked to cancel and was told I had to have a face to face meeting to do this and both me and my husband HAD to be present. The manager turned up to my house stinking of smoke and immediately started asking intrusive questions about my fsmily. I said I was in a hurry and would it take long and was told he was in a hurry too and he was just socialising and then continued to ask more questions about my family. I again asked why the questions were relevant and at this point the man started asking me what my problem was. He pointed at my husband and said 'you're fine but shes not'. He then tried to offer us a discount. Again we just said we wanted to cancel. The man eventually left but I was left almost in tears that someone could be so rude to me in my own home because I changed my mind about purchasing their product. Avoid at ALL costs

From the start they were very informative and eager to get the job done quickly in whatever time suited myself and were very flexible with dates. The workers that came to fit the windows where great bunch and literally never stopped from the minute they got their leaving house spotless when they left. They had a little accident with one of the window panes cracking but this was resolved very quickly, only thing I could say that wasn’t to pleased about was the way the sealant was put on outside windows it wasn’t evenly put on but the snagging boy came back down a few weeks later and sorted/tidied it up.

The salesperson that came to do the quote was a bit over the top. He ended up making himself look a bit of a conman. But just as well I looked past that. Because the new windows installed have been great. The crew who came to install them were very friendly and done a quick and efficient job. I would have no problem recommending Homesealed

From start to finish this company was amazing the guys were really friendly and kept us informed about everything that was happening I would definitely recommend this company our windows and door is perfect thanks again for the great work Peter Raeburn

Windows replaced in living room since then no more draughts boys who fitted them were excellent and tidied everything up after they were finished

Friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. Had an issue with the front door . Phoned up someone was out the following day

New windows fitted, the difference is unbelievable. We stay on a main road, not a sound can be heard.
Fitting team did an excellent job removing old windows, new windows installed, everything completed, no snagging required and house & garden left spotless.

Had my FSG replaced last year and very happy with it, had a couple if wee leaks at first but the guys came back out and sorted it, no issues since. Very happy with the customer service received. 😊

Done an online form to see if we could qualify for a discount on some new windows. Someone came out the following night and gave a whole sales pitch for a good hour and half. I thought this would just be a 10 minute situation with someone looking at our windows and telling us how much we could get towards a discount.
Was quoted over 4k for two windows which at first didn't seem too bad as we had never done anything like this before but after talking with family we were told that it was far too much and we could get the whole house done for a price like that.
We paid a £399 'admin fee' but decided against it and requested a refund. We waited 5 days to be contacted about said refund and was told we would have to someone come out to sign forms to get the money back. Turns out the manager was sent out to us to get us to stay with them and was offered 2k for the whole place to be done after saying no twice to 2k for the two windows then 2k for the whole place.
Also calling from No caller ID at multiple times a day as well as phoning from mobile numbers. They have phoned me twice already since cancelling once thinking I was enquiring again and second was the sales guy asking to come round again.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service and no communication between anyone in any department.

Excellent service and quality.
Team worked well together and did not invade our privacy at all.
From start to finish all went straight forward with friendly staff both in office and working team.
I will recommend this company to anyone looking for double glazing .

Great service from start to finish and the installers were friendly and take a lot pride in their work, completely transformed our house with beautiful windows and kept the place really clean after they left. Couldn’t have asked for better!
