I went into the store with a Janome machine in mind, but speaking to John he showed me other machines as well which might better suit my requirements. I came away with a Brother which was less expensive and perfect for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I am delighted with my purchase.

Quick delivery, ordered a sewing machine on Friday evening it was delivered fist thing Tuesday. Great price too. Haven't had to talk to anyone with regards to any issues with the machine so I can't comment on that side of things. Very happy with the ordering, delivery, price and sending through of warranty details.

Absolutely love this place!! I live about an hours drive away so mostly buy online...they are brilliant with communicating what's happening with your order and any help you may need with your machine.
