I needed a home charger for my EV, something that this company offers. They arranged installation of an Apex-7.3 charger, this was carried out very professionally.
I've only used the charger twice since installation, sadly the charger charges at the same rate and same cost as my 3 pin charging cable so nothing achieved by spending £1000 on a charger.
No reflection on the excellent service from Homeecosolutions, they were brilliant.

Applied for the internal wall insulation scheme with these guys about 6 months ago and it has been nothing but stress and pulling teeth trying to get them to do anything. Think about how bad a company has to be for someone to complain about FREE work. The house has been uninhabitable for months, and even now 6 months later, they've essentially ruined the house and made no effort to rectify it. I really don't know where to start...
The first two employes they sent out were completely incapable and caused a lot of problems and did shoddy work, however it was Ok because the company assured me they wouldnt be using them again... After my job. They couldn't send people out because it was winter, because they didn't have funding, because they didn't have staff... Just excuse after excuse. They sent someone out to measure for fan installation about 10 times but no one to actually do any work.
They then asked me to aid them in committing fraud by allowing them to sellotape a fan to the wall/window so they could submit it as proof to the government that they had done the work to secure more funding.

This is my story of Home Eco Solutions of Swansea.
I first approached this company in July 2023 for home insulation. At first all seemed good, they arranged for a home survey, which was done in a week.I was told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. Four weeks later heard nothing so I rang them. They couldn't find my file. Started the process agin. After more surveys they agreed they could do the work on my bungalow but there was a problem with the plastic cladding. This was strange as I lived in a house with no cladding. They still insisted I lived in a bungalow even after I sent photos of my house. By now we were into the end of September and the excuses started, it's raining, it's cold and we cannot work in these conditions. We went thru winter with more excuses until I get a phone call in early April. We are not going to be doing your house. Goodbye.
Definitely not recommended. Lose your file, can't tell your house from a bungalow and keep you waiting. Very poor service.
