If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. This company is a scam. I ordered nearly $11,000.00 worth of cabinets from them. Months later, I inspect them and find nearly 75% of them to be damaged or defective in quality, fit, and craftsmanship. Cabinets were split, cracked, leaning of kilter, separated, uneven, scratched, dinged, missing paint, and everything else you could imagine. It looked like a drunk sailor assembled these. They tried to deny my warranty claim and said it was the shipping company's fault for the damage. They also tried to deny my claim because I didn't let them know within 30 days, even though this was a lifetime warranty issue. We argued back and forth and they finally sent me a shipment of replacement parts. Yes, PARTS. Not new cabinets, just bits and pieces of cabinets that I would have to swap myself. The new order came with tons of boxes. I inspected the new shipment and found nearly every item to be defective. Scratches, dents, dings, missing paint, corners not properly rounded, edges not straight. You name it. We went rounds again and they sent a new shipment. This time they claimed they would be inspected thoroughly before being shipped out. I waited months again until the replacements came. Again, they were in miserable condition. I found multiple flaws on every single piece. Dust and contaminants under the paint, scratches, missing paint, dings, uneven coating. The quality of these cabinets is a joke. I said I wanted a refund and to give their cabinets back. They refused and offered me $400.00 to keep them and not send replacements parts. I'm furious at this point. I refused that offer and they offered me $2000.00 to keep them and not ship replacements. I refused that too. I am now in the process of retaining an attorney and filing suit against them for my warranty issues! Please do not give your money to this company. I sacrificed to pay cash for these cabinets that were advertised as beautiful quality, but they are a scam. I have pictures documented to prove all of this and will take them to court. Save your money. Go to a reputable company other than the Home Depot.

I've purchased 10 boxes Chestnut Street oak vinyl plank from Homedepot, and this is the only brand asking delivery fee $79, not even let me ship it to store for pickup.
There was 1 of 10 boxes was damaged and I had to bring to Homedepot for replacing as I assumed it won't charge delivery fee, but guess what, although Homedepot tried to help me for special order directly from them so it won't charge delivery fee they bullshit that it was out of stock while the website literally showing it still has more than 300 boxes. Then I tried to make new order for 2 boxes with $79 fee guess what, they deliveried it next day early morning 🤷🏻‍♂️

The Home Depot (Home Decorators Collection) contracted to design and install upper cabinets in our laundry room, resulting in dishonest sales practices and unsafe installation.

Installation: After the installation of our new laundry room cabinets, we discovered they did not have backs. We contacted the salesman, who informed us that including backs would cost an additional $400 to $500. When we expressed our willingness to pay this extra cost, it was evident he was taken aback, and suddenly, providing backs was no longer an option.

Salesman: The salesman was arrogant, rude, and condescending. When I challenged him to install backs, he felt compelled to call me directly and belittle me with arrogance. I reminded him that I was the customer and that he would receive a one-star rating unless he worked with us to achieve a fair resolution. He was unbothered by my concerns.

Sales Manager: We escalated the issue to the Sales Manager, who claimed the contract specified that our cabinets would not include backs—which is not accurate according to the paperwork. She insisted she would send us a copy to prove her point. Two weeks later, we still had not received anything. Although she did call and leave a message, she has not responded to our recent return calls.

Unsafe Installation: Without backs, these cabinets depend on a very thin metal strip for support. Furthermore, the supports were not screwed into a stud, nor were anchors utilized. This poses a safety hazard, and we have refrained from using them as intended due to these concerns.

I want to clarify that this experience does not reflect our neighborhood store, which has always been professional and honest. I felt compelled to share my experience to help protect other consumers considering their Designer Services—DON’T!

Bought a Bracket set model no. 904 546, called HDCDIATI made in Vietnam, through Home Depot.
This bracket set is supposed to hold in a glass shelf.
For the low price of under 12 dollars I did not expect a real high end product, however the fasteners that came with the item were of such inferior make and quality, that I was unable to fasten the brackets in the first place. The drywall screw anchor did not have a proper grip opening for any screwdriver to fit in, so the screwdriver just spins without turning the anchor. By using a screw to help turn the anchor, the anchor snapped off and was therefore useless.
The fasteners are INFERIOR and useless.
Yes, the item can be returned for a refund, but the real issue is why does Home Depot, carry such low quality products? The time spent going back and forth to this retailer to get this matter resolved is worthless compared to getting a refund.

I love this company!! The prices are resonable, the item descriptions are accurate and the site is easy to navigate. Best of all you can find things just a little bit different and that perfect piece for that perfect spot since their variety is great. If you get something that isn't quite right the customer service is usually A-1. They make it right for you and make it worth your while to come back. My home is full of things from here and I'm particular!
